I found Dennis on here/Yelp, reached out to get a quote & had someone let him in while he had me on the phone. I took a leap of faith & sent with him - he's now officially done & I can happily say I'm incredibly happy with the quality & integrity of the outcome. Important to note here too - I was very involved daily even though I wasn't there & he had an admin type that kept in touch with me via text & pics daily which I greatly appreciated since I WFH & don't have time to chat on phone; always on a conference call. I prefer it this way so both parties have something to reference back to & no more "I thought u said" convos. Also, they were setup w/venmo cause who the heck does things via check or cash anymore?! To me that's just downright shady not to mention inconvenient. I had a friend that ended up flying down there & staying in apt while he was working to allow easy access. the first day (of the month of work that he was there), she asked he wear a mask & did the ENTIRE TIME without her having to remind him.
