From the minute I sent photos, I was assured this could be resolved. When they came out to provide a free estimate and small demo, I couldn't believe what came off my floors. Patrick & Sons cleans the carpet in our condo building and were such a good find!…read more We came across Patrick when we needed to have the carpet cleaned in our condo and used him several times. To clean a one bedroom condo with all carpet, Patrick charged ($80), his minimum service charge. Patrick is extremely professional, quick (but efficient), and is very reasonable. We recently moved to another condo in our building and have all tile, but have multiple area rugs. We then called Patrick again and he came by to clean our shag rug and did so and was very reasonable and quick and efficient. Patrick and his team service pretty much any of the Miami metro areas, on a 24/7 basis. If you need any of your carpets or rugs cleaned, give Patrick and his team a call, you will be glad you did!

If I felt like a wet paper towel was something that the couch needed I wouldn't have hired a service and would have done it myself for free. I picked this company for the reviews and the attention to detail and I'm glad other people experienced that. I can't relate. I love how they provide these options as extras and are very transparent in their pricing. Regarding pricing, they are a bit more than other local services, but this is an instance of "getting what you pay for."
