Please stay away from this company…read more I reached out the 22nd around 2pm in regards to extra tables I would need for a party since we had extra people coming. I was told it would be no problem. I requested an invoice and never heard from them for four hours. I had mentioned that if it would be a problem that I can find another company. I reached out to the other number displayed at their store front. I decided that I would add a balloon arch and garland. I was told that the total for both would be $200. I told them it needed to be set up at 10:30. They said it would be no problem they would arrive at 9am. I requested that the arrival and completion time be added to the invoice and I was assured that they would have it done by 10:30am so my son would be surprised at his party. The morning of at 8:49 I sent out a text asking for an eta and told them I will be home in a few minutes. They mentioned they were getting everything ready. At 9:42 (way past agreed arrival time) I reached out again and they said they would be there in 35 minutes. During set up they tracked in mud because they wanted to go through the house instead of using the gate to drop the tables off. It was now fifteen minutes til noon the party was supposed to start and the floors were a mess. I asked if there was any way to accommodate us because nothing was done at the time promised. And now we have to rush to clean our home prior to the party again. They stated that they did us a favor by not charging us with a rush fee. This was never mentioned or discussed when prices and invoices were sent. They then asked to take their work back as well as their belongings to which we obliged except for the garland that was in the home. I offered to pay the $100 for the one garland as the invoice stated one was $100. They declined and now tried to up-charge. We were being videotaped and nasty comments such as they knew we couldn't pay because of the color of our skin. The cops were called due to children being present. I showed the invoice to the authorities and gave them the payment for the garland to give to the company. They then deleted the invoice not realizing everything was discussed via text. This has hands down been the worst company I've have worked with. Very unprofessional.

Not only was the quality of the product "terrible", cause there's no other word I can possibly use to describe it, but the service and responses were not what I expected. My baby shower is this Saturday, weekend after Thanksgiving. If anyone knows how crazy of time this is to find rentals, then you know what a struggle it was to look for an alternative. After renting the chairs and farmhouse table a month in advance, what was delivered was horrible!! The chairs were broken, worn, and most of all, missing pieces! When I called, I was told the chairs were supposed to be "vintage" looking. I'm not sure what this companies definition to vintage is but it seems they are using the word incorrectly. After calling over 30 other companies, I was finally able to find a replacement for the chairs. I called this company to pick up the chairs but that I would still be needing the tables for the event. Unfortunately, they don't read well and picked up everything. I've emailed and called and no answer. I've had to now also look for tables just 3 days before my shower. It's ridiculous! Be wise in doing business with this company.
