Ivy, I believe the owner (or the manager?) immediately said ask for TT when I came in. TT gave me one of the best pedis I've had. She had a small tool which helps get to the edges of the nail where pain happens over time and did a gentle and very thorough job on all my nails. She was easy to talk to and understanding as well.
