On Wednesday May 3rd, I ordered 3 dozen donuts for pickup Thursday morning, and pre-paid the order. The lady was very nice. On Thursday morning, I went in a bit after 9 am, and there were 2 Customers ahead of me. I saw my order on the center of the back counter, so I waited patiently while the chubby dark-haired clerk painstakingly filled their complex coffee and bagel orders. Three more Customers arrived, and when it was my turn, she went to wait on them. I said, "I was next; I've waited patiently while you and the other two employees ignored me." The chubby dark-haired clerk said, "We don't have counter service". I said, "Just give me my order that's right here, and I'll leave!" She did. It's interesting that they no longer have counter service even though they still HAVE a counter with stools, but that was hardly the point. The donuts were treats for three businesses who are always courteous TO me - Mike's Auto Repairs & A/C, Westside Cleaners, and the Wells Fargo Branch on West Indiantown. I will continue to treat folks, but it will be from Dunkin Donuts or Krispe Kreme or Jersey Mikes. I think the owners need to catch this place before it begins a downward spiral, but that's their call, not mine read more

Best way to describe Jupiter Donuts is "crack in a box"! Soo good! The banana coconut is my absolute fave. My daughter loves the glazed with holland cream. My son loves the plain glazed! My hubby always gets the sausage and cheese on a Asiago bagel. Only recommendation is They do sell out so either get there early or call ahead (even the day before) and they will have your order ready and waiting for you! I got here at 6am and they had plenty to choose from. Rumor has it they sell out really quickly. I got the biscuits and gravy with OJ. Pretty delicious (Better than I was expecting from a donut shop). My friend got an egg breakfast sandwich and enjoyed it. I noticed the gravy had a really strong flavor of French onion soup seasoning in certain bites. I enjoy strong flavors, so I didn't mind. read more

So disappointed! My husband went to surprise me, knows I love Cronuts and had heard that they make them. He ordered a dozen for me the night before. Their rendition is merely a croissant drenched in glaze. Super sweet and nothing but a huge letdown. They need to go to Epcot and learn how to make one worth coming back for. read more

Jupiter Donut Factory is under new ownership as of September 1st 2012. The same Amazing donuts and a staff to match. The new owners are positive and always in a good mood. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. If you have had a bad experience in the past, do yourself a favor and give it another try. The donuts are great and totally worth trying again. read more

I wish that I could say the donuts were not delicious just so it would be easier to stay away but that's simply not the case. The best and most creative flavors sell out quickly so this is an early morning stop. A friend sent me here because their donuts are "OUT OF THIS WORLD!" I can firmly agree. I have had some good, and in some cases GREAT donuts, but these are the BEST that I have ever had! Supply-and-demand appear to be an issue. To ease your frustrations when you've had your heart set on a Kronut, but when you get there only to see that they are already sold out, the manager (Elisa Acosta) informed me to call in, or email a request for my order the day before, and your order will be guaranteed to be available the next day. I went here once, and have returned 3 more times the next week. Their donuts are heavy and buttery, yet light and flaky. They are a bit pricier than their national competitors, but their quality makes their prices that much more valuable. See you tomorrow! read more

Giving two stars bc the donuts are good. However the service not so good. I called at 7am to reserve my order ahead of time knowing they sell out early. I got there, waited in the line paid and was given my box. When I went to my car and opened it there was a donut missing. So I paid $12 for 5 donuts... I went inside to ask about this and the woman in charge couldn't have been ruder. Told me they were slammed busy and were completely out of what I ordered. I asked why they didn't tell me when I called she stated the girl probably didn't know. The woman actually began yelling at me saying they had a new girl in the back and what are they supposed to do being so busy... I had her count the donuts. 5... you guys charged me for 6... she acted as if I was the problem... told me to just pick whatever one I wanted.. I wouldn't go back here. New owners are much nice than previous. But donuts are not as fresh as they used to be. I have walked out 3 times now with donuts that are cold. Have a feeling they are doing like the big box stores do, making them, freezing, then defrosting as needed. The original owners were an older couple that had a shop up north, they brought their daughter in and quality started to go down as well as personal interaction with the clients. Used to love walking out with donut that was still warm and melted in you mouth. Not the case any more, but at least better that chain donut shops in area. read more

Okay they open at 6 am,I was there at 6:01 and there was already a line. Since this was my first visit I was amazed at the selection. Sophie waited on me and super sweet! She was patient, helpful and overall a great associate. I wanted a Maple Frosted Bacon bar for my husband but they were not ready yet. Well Sophie went and made me one, you do not get this kind of service anymore. Totally impressed by the staff and for those who have said they were rude, I think they are soooo wrong. People have also commented on the eating area,come on it lets get real it is not Starbucks! You get them to bring home or to work,not sit and sip on a latte. :) Okay more important the donuts,OMG. If you are on a diet I say break it for just a day. These are nothing like DD or KK so I am not sure why others compare these to those crappy donuts. This place doesn't live up to the hype. The donuts are much better than Dunkin donuts that is true but it's really just the same donut with different candy bar toppings or cereal or some different frosting flavors. Great for kids but not great for someone looking for a truly flavorful donut. The other problem is instead of making a bunch of five or six different kinds for the day, they make like 12 kinds but not that many of each. So if you don't get there within a hour or two of opening all your really left with is glazed or chocolate frosting. If they focused on making only a couple different types they might taste better. I feel the hype comes from the fact that this is the first donut place in the area that isn't a chain or grocery store so people think it's the greatest ever. I understand this this is a business and they want to make money, but don't forget about making a great tasting product. read more

the donuts were ok. but the service sucked. the girl serving us was borderline rude. It was like we were imposing on her. no smile. no cheerful attitude. just an attitude. When I asked for a coffee of my liking she informed me that I do that myself. but failed to inform me were the coffee was located or the additives. the coffee prep area lacked sugar and the other condiments were near empty. no lid for the cups were available. when I walked out I dumped 1/4 of the cup of coffee just so it wouldn't spill in the car. first and last time going there. read more

Hands down the rudest breakfast establishment in the area. I put up with it for 7 years because of the delicious donuts. There is truly nothing like a Jupiter Donut!! However, when I had time the past few years (since it opened) I would always go to the North Palm location. Today I didn't have time and I'm moving out of state this week. I wanted one more delicious Jupiter donut. By 9:30 am there is one tray of crappy flavor donuts left and a line of 20 people. Mostly ordering breakfast sandwiches, I guess. I stood in line for 5 minutes or so because it was my last chance but I left after the staff kept fighting with each other and were ugly and short with customers as well. I have no idea why a successful franchise location can be so different but if you are vacationing or even if you live here, a 15 min trip down US 1 to the KIND and ALWAYS friendly Jupiter Donut with MUCH more selection, better fresh taste and NICE staff is well worth your time. I simply NEVER do online reviews but also have never so wanted to see a place lose business than this location. They are not deserving of our time or business. read more

Have to give them 4 stars instead of 5 because of a minor decor issue, which I'll get to in minute. Donuts are amazing. Ate here three times this week while on vacation. Had the bacon maple, butternut, glazed, sour creme glazed, and wifey had the red velvet with cream cheese each time. All of which didn't disappoint. We've been particular to trying new small mom-n-pop donut shops while traveling and this is a must for us when were in Jupiter. Love this place. As for the decor issue, management needs to remove the two tiny placards on the counter that say "prices vary based on your attitude" and "let me stop what I'm doing and fix your issue." These signs are tacky at best, unprofessional, and in poor taste for a service establish. When you're in food service, your job IS to stop and fix the customer's issue; without the customer, your business doesn't exist. Now I know they are meant to be a joke, but hang them in your office out of the view of customers. Everything in the dining area should be solely focused on the beauty of your donuts, coffee, and other decor referring to how awesome donuts are. Dealing with rude and snooty customers are par for the course in your industry. Please take them down. Other than that, this place is great! read more
