Fam has been yucky and donuts always cheer my kids up. We got a not so great batch for our 1/2 doz, reached out to Uber Eats with no luck at all. They were extremely unhelpful and ended the chat on me. I totally get there's worse things in the world than donuts but... we only received the donuts most wouldn't choose lol. I'm so happy Chrystal answered the phone at Jupiter Donuts. She made the whole situation better 100%. She personally had a driver come back to my house with yummy donuts. My kids cheered with excitement when we opened the box. Now, this is what I call great customer service- and donuts!

The last girl moved fast and they had a line. I could tell she was really ready for me to pick but girl I ain't spending money for questionable donuts. I know my tastebuds. At any rate, she still overall maintained good customer service. The first time I came, the young lady was super patient, authentically. My personal favorites are creme brûlée, maple, french toast, chocolate and glazed holland cream. They have so many varieties, I wanted to try new items the second time but because others are cake donuts, fruity or coconuty, my box was nearly the same both times. Again, they are bomb donuts so I ain't complaining too loud. But goodness, let me stop before my fat azz be up there again tomorrow!

How Duck Donuts does it is that they cook the donuts the same then do the glaze and toppings to order based on the flavor varietals they have. They didn't have the peanut butter one I originally wanted so I had to opt for plan be which was the sunrise, consisting of lemon glaze and raspberry drizzle. Not my first choice to go but it was alright. The maple bacon was decent. You can watch the servers prepare your order, which was cool. Location-wise, it's fairly open space with a few tables but it's more for ordering and picking up. But you can enjoy them at the establishment if there are tables available. I would be curious about their breakfast sandwiches since they make them with the donuts. Hopefully they have the peanut butter one next time.
