Boneless chicken dinner. This was the half and I wasn't able to finish it. So, so good.

Really, really good and YUGE portions. When you step into the restaurant it feels a little like stepping into a diner in a Hallmark movie. Quaint. Comfy. Charming. The service is super friendly and fast. The food is delish.

Great homemade food restaurant! Prices are reasonable and echoes delicious! We had the chicken fried steak and fried catfish shoes the day's special. Some of the best we've had. Finished with DELICIOUS coconut cream pie!!!

Wow... the chicken is excellent. And the service super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is nothing special but don't let that put you off, if you want good food, this is the place.

Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, salad with homemade ranch dressing and a fried catfish filet!!

I've been to June's a few times now and have enjoyed most entrees. This visit I got the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a white, savory gravy and corn. The chicken fried steak was so tender and good! The mashed potatoes are real and not flakes. And the gravy is so savory and good!! I ordered one fried catfish to try and it was just OK. It is thick and flaky, but had just a touch of fishy flavor. I'm not a fan of fishy flavor. The cornbread coating was way too think too. It was golden brown, which shows me it was over cooked. I just had three bites and left the rest. The ranch dressing is homemade! One of my favorites. I'll be back again and I'll try the club sandwich. I saw so many of those being delivered to people, I know it's probably delicious! The restaurant itself is very old and charming. It appears clean and does smell like they're cooking fried foods!!

One room small town country diner specializing in fried chicken. Great service. The chicken fried steak was perfect. We also loved the boneless chicken and their bbq sauce was really good. Will definitely come back when in the area.

Half order boneless chicken and salad with ranch

My child had the kids boneless chicken and fries which were delicious as usual however I ordered the half boneless and salad and my salad was drenched in ranch. When I told the waitress she commented "yeah they do put a lot on there" the cashier said "you can ask for it on the side" next time I end up here to eat, I sure will. For the half order of boneless chicken and a salad the menu said $8 The kids boneless and fries said $5 We both had sweet tea. Total came out to $20.53.... *shook*

Fried chicken and onion rings

Granny June, you have won my deep-fried heart! Tender, tasty boneless chicken nuggets, and the most homemade onion rings I've ever enjoyed. Fast, attentive service in a welcoming, down-home setting. Come hungry!

Cowboy Soup

Awesome service, great food. Cool small town find. Get the soup of the day. It's worth it. Tamra is awesome! Came here the day after jaw surgery and she was more than polite and accommodating.

A cup of cowboy stew and the boneless bowl (the potatoes and gravy and corn are under that mountain of chicken). YUM!!

Looking for a restaurant right off the interstate? Plug this place into the GPS and go- thank me later. Famous for their boneless breaded chicken, this is what Chick-fil-A would taste like if it was homemade with love. I had the boneless bowl, which is a bowl of mashed potatoes, brown gravy, corn, and chicken. So very good. For some insane reason, I thought I could eat more (spoiler alert- large portions- I could NOT finish my meal), so I had also ordered the cowboy stew (tomato based broth soup with hamburger meat, bell peppers, kidney beans, onions, carrots, potatoes, and shell pasta). That was also delicious. I finished things off with more absurdity- a slice of coconut pie with a mountain of meringue on top. Very sweet and very delicious. I'll be stopping through here on any future roadtrips. Service was stellar and everyone was very welcoming to this out-of-towner.

Fabulous! This was my second time dining here and it was perfection. We had the fried chicken and…read moredumplings and the farmer's pie along with deviled eggs. The servers were delightful and atmosphere - on point. Dining options were upstairs or you could dine on the main floor in the grocery area. Both were great options.

What a great experience. We had a friend visit recently and he told us we must go as soon as we…read morewere able. We sat upstairs (which I would recommend for dinner). Service was spot on throughout the entire night. We started with the deviled eggs, half plain and half Chef's Choice. The Chef's Choice were the best, drizzled with chili crisp (or pickled Szechuan peppercorns) and topped with a tiny gherkin and fresh dill. The soup of the day was a cabbage and radish soup. It was interesting and very homey but I wish I had ordered the salad. I had the Novarro Farm sweet Potato Gnocchi (kale and pecan pesto, Birch Bottom Farm Georgia candy roaster, fresh chevre). I was a little hesitant about the kale pesto but should NOT have been. This dish was delicious--great garlic flavor. Would order again. The burger looked amazing and while The Hubs said it was good, he also said it needed some more spice. They had a couple of rotating beers from Heirloom--a Mexican Lager and an Italian Pilsner. I had the Water Lily cocktail, their take on an Aviation. Order it just because it's beautiful (and refreshing). The photo does not depict the deep color of it. I asked what other gin based cocktails they had on their menu. They didn't but the server/bartender offered to make me a Bee's Knees for the second round. It was delicious! The atmosphere here is casual but the food is elevated. I kept thinking this is what a French bistro would be like inside. I want to come back and shop the market. Oh, and the apple pie was excellent as well!

I would not be surprised to find out that somewhere in the Oklahoma Historical Society archives,…read morethere is a picture of settlers in covered wagons parked in front of Son's, eating hamburgers and fries. Onion rings had not been invented back then. You don't need carbon dating to judge the age of the building. The design, the weathered wood trim and the faded discolored paint date the building somewhere between pre-Sonic era, possibly even pre-Dairy Queen. It had to be the hang out in Wagoner, in its day. It appears to be a family owned and operated business. My wife and I have grabbed burgers here several times over the past ten years. Nothings has changed. The flame still flares up on the grill when the cook flips the burger, confirming the char flavor will be present as advertised. It is a one-man kitchen, so your order may take a few minutes if they are busy. Good charburgers and onion rings. Today my wife had a half order of 3-way. The chili is very mild, lots of cheese and fresh chopped onions decorated the big bowl of food. Skip Sonic and McDonald's. Have a home town Son's Charburger instead.

They char their burgers and toast the buns to perfection. The cherry limeade was a bit tart for my liking. The onion rings were tasty. We really only come here because my brother and his wife like it and they live out here…read more That is only to say it is a little trek for us from midtown and it often costs us a toll. Oops! I recommend getting a reservation, especially at dinner time. We like to go right before the sun goes down because everyone claps, ring bells and cheer for another day gone! It is a good time. :) The food and drinks are good. What you would expect from a fast casual restaurant. My boyfriend likes the Smokey old fashion. It is a whole thing also with a lid on it at serving and then a bunch of smoke rises from the glass. It's fun. The servers are all kind and it is clean inside. You do have a view of the river which is nice.

First timer... Let's dig in - The jalapeño cornbread…read morestarted things off with a kick! 10/10 Warm, comforting and full of flavor. For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.
