It's such a scam and unprofessional. You rent an apartment and hoping that everything will work in the apartment. But no, after the first use of the sink in our apartment, we found out that our garbage disposal needs to be replaced. Why would we need to find out the first night we stayed? They did change it, but only on the third day. We weren't able to wash dishes and use the sink in the kitchen, plus it was all stinking. They did fix it, but the maintenance person left track-in dirt from shoes on the floor. Will it be acceptable if it were your home? Days later we found out that our Room Darkening Vinyl Blinds were broken before us. And they fixed it by putting tape on it. Is it even normal? It's our second week in that apartment and I have no idea what to expect next. I do understand that it's not a brand-new apartment, but you can't let anybody rent it without fixing it.

The repair guys are pretty decent but that could be because everything is still so new. My worst complaint is about the management team. They raised the rent by $300 dollars after only 4 months! That in itself should be illegal but they found a loophole via community amenities. Then when I finish moving to my new place I gave them the keys a couple days early because I was done with everything. They charged me "accelerated rent" to the tune of $1200 just for giving them the keys 2 days early. If I would have known they would pull something like that I would've just held the keys for a couple more days. The only upside is the people who live here are pretty friendly. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy unless you just like throwing money at this place.

I did not expect to be treated as second class citizens due to our state of dress to tour an apartment unguided. There was another couple touring and we were asked to avoid interrupting their tour. They were told we "hopefully won't bother them" and they laughed about it. Very rude imho. Also, the ceiling of the patio was quite literally FALLING OFF onto the balcony. The bathtub for the showing unit was moldy in the crevices. It smells off. The apartments seem pretty nice other than that. A little old, but oh well. I wish we had had a better experience, but I won't spend a year living somewhere that gave us such a poor first impression. Hopefully everyone else gets a much better viewing experience than us!

Maintenance is will try to mansplane an issue to you and still not fix it correctly despite you telling them the known issue. Guess I'll just hire someone to actually fix the issues in this outdated apartment complex with many serious issues starting at NO insulation that will hike your electric bill to double the price. Lastly, the buildings are going to be torn down so don't bother looking at this place because they won't even notify you of this prior to move in. They actually won't tell you much of anything other than make sure your door is locked. The apartments are highly outdated with several issues like plumbing, cracks through the whole entire wall, old appliances and terrible insulation. Such a bummer because the apartments are a great size and located in the heart of Redmond.

The living room is a little small but otherwise the apartment is great. It was a breath of fresh air after moving from previous moldy and poorly taken care of apartment. There has only been one issue with maintenance but Yvette was quick to figure out the issue and resolve it. The only downfall I would say is it is super hard to figure out how to talk to an actual live person when trying to lease an apartment. But once you do they are super responsive. If you are trying to lease and want to talk to a live person, the main office is down the block at Veloce apartments.

The maintenance team is just as great they have always fixed any issue we have had either same day or at most the following work day. The apartment itself is your typical apartment basic appliances, full-size washer dryer. Cabinets are a bit out dated but all functioning. The decks are very spacious and our apartment in particular had a fantastic view of the lake. The rooms are not huge but they fit a queen in the spair room and king in master. I loved having the gas fireplace it helped keeping our power bill down. The cons: The on site parking can get tight and you only are allowed one assigned parking spot. However the office is very good at working with you for specific situations. The gym at the club house is well less than satisfactory. Very little and not much for equipment. Overall if those are the only cons I'd say it's a great place to live. Great location and very friendly neighborhood.

You can tell a lot of thought was put into it, and I loved how responsive and knowledgable the property management was too...felt very comfortable talking to them and felt there was a great value in the size of the rooms, location, and amenities like the fitness center that is HUGE and had plenty bikes and machines so it's not awkward in the morning when that one person hogs the elliptical for an hour (my current situation - I see you Susan) Also, as a woman, security is very important to me and I was very excited that a luxury complex was going in this neighborhood compared to the tiny little places downtown that lack privacy and space in general.

The location I enjoyed this location because it was a couple of blocks from downtown Redmond. Quick and easy to walk to local restaurants, shops, or the seasonal farmers market. Safety There has been multiple theft issues here, from packages taken, to cars being broken into, and to top it off, tenants that leave common doors propped open for anyone from the outside to get into. Anyone can walk into the building and there is no one checking them. This and the price was why I decided to leave. I honestly didn't feel like my security and safety were taken seriously.
