Having lived in only one other apartment complex prior to Core83, I was quite anxious at first when I read the amount of positive reviews on this complex and saw an overwhelming majority positive remarks. I remember worrying it may not even be real as I viewed the amenities + pictures of the location, and that I may have been duped. No way an apartment has this good reviews, right? So, as you can imagine, that caused me to phone in & email several times before deciding on becoming a tenant, and during the process of applying, just to make sure this place was definitely real. As it turned out, every phone call I made was cheerfully answered by Kim, who was quite welcoming, friendly, understanding of my concerns, and quite enjoyable to talk to! About after or on the third call, it actually felt like we had known each other for years, and I truly felt that the application process & the apartment not being real were no longer something to be afraid so I decided on signing a lease. Upon finally arriving a month after, I was warmly welcomed by Kim with a huge hug. It's truly been a satisfying experience with the staff running this complex, and it's not something that seems ordinary in comparison to other apartments. Not only has Kim been helpful, friendly, and overall a great person to be have around, but Angie, the manager, has also been delightful to interact with. She's always quick on replying to emails, assuring of any problems or last-minute changes, and super friendly to talk to every time I come down for either picking up packages, reporting an issue, or just looking for cookies. It's quite likely that the work environment has greatly influenced the friendliness of the staff, which could only happen at apartments that are well taken care of... or perhaps it's the opposite? Time will tell! On to my unit... The unit itself was spacious, as advertised, and had everything working since day one with few if any minor inconveniences that were fixed almost immediately. Although slightly noisy due to the current construction and my room being next to it, it has surprisingly not been too loud! Proximity wise, I would have assumed the noise would be unbearable. A+ for doing well in that regard. The apartment is well built to reduce noise as much as possible, which is something I love coming from my previous apartment, where I heard every little footstep the neighbors made. Great experience with the washing machine & dryer as well, which I know is important to some. Do note though, that security at the garage can be iffy! I have yet to experience anything negative, but there was a report on bicycle theft. Keep your valuables away from sight & preferably bicycle in your unit I hope this was helpful to whoever thinks on this place read more

What can I say about Core83? It's definitely where it feels to me like home. It's been the best apartment-leasing experience I've had so far, and I don't think it can be beaten. It's not only because these apartments are almost brand new (only 3 years old), and they're located in downtown Redmond - the best location, I can tell you: it's close to anywhere you want to go in downtown but not in the middle of the noisy, "crazy" downtown. It's peaceful and very walkable. But what really makes my experience here to be the best one is the management. Everyone here is so nice and they really care about you! I can feel they do way beyond their job. They actually put their hearts here. I love how sweet and kind the girls in the office are: Kim and Angie are the best ever! The guys from maintenance are amazing as well, they are very helpful and patient. Kim was the person who took us on tour to see the units, and we felt in love with the condominium and with the people working here to make this place looking neat, feeling like home and with great atmosphere. Kim is very adorable, nice, friendly, easy to work with, and she always has a smile on her face! My dog is crazy about her, and he is not an "easy" dog with people. Kim treats him sooo well, you can't imagine how excited he gets when he realizes he's going to see her and to get a treat from her. My nephew was here during his birthday, and she sent a lovely birthday card to him, with some candies and a balloon. He loved it so much, and we were so surprised because she memorized the date of his birthday and she sent such a thoughtful congratulations to him. We loved it! Everyone here is available to help with whatever we might need, they go above and beyond for us. All our friends and family who come here and have any contact with any of the people who work here, they see how amazing and kind people here are. I never found this truly caring in any building complex management. And the thing is: all this caring they have brings the best neighbors we can have. Everyone is very pleasant, polite, and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment experience. I had what I thought was a great apartment in Seattle, but then I moved here! I was hesitant to sign an 18 month lease, but it was the best decision I ever made. The location is perfect, with access to all major transportation and plenty of food and entertainment. The extra amenities are great- I loved the gym, and my friends always loved coming over to spend time on the nice rooftop. Daily cookies from the leasing office were a great bonus. As for day to day operations- I felt VERY safe. You need your fob to access everything, and they have security cameras visible. The majority of people have dogs, but I never once heard a bark from inside my apartment. The building is right in the city, but tucked away so there isn't much street noise. There is plenty of parking in the garage, and the spots are spacious. There are no assigned spots, but I got almost the same 3-4 spots for the entire 18 months I lived here. My previous apartment was the same square footage as this one, but this one felt double the size because of the layout. During my initial tour, I was worried about storage space, but I had plenty! They have additional storage in the garage available if needed, but I didn't. Rhonda and Lonnie are the best. I worked every day during their business hours, so they managed my packages and were available for me as I needed. Rhonda really took the time to get to know me as a tenant, and made a large apartment complex feel like a small home. She even went out of her way to find someone to take my couch days before my move-out, so that I wouldn't get charged or have to deal with any problems. Really, a miracle worker! My move out process was seamless- a very pleasant experience. If I wasn't moving out of state, I definitely would've renewed my lease. I highly recommend this building- if you take advantage of what it has to offer, then it's worth every penny. read more

I have been with Core83 for about two months now and it has been a great experience so far. I would say the best apartment rental experience, and I've been through several apartments and rentals over the years. The main reason for such a great experience is due to the leasing managers, Kim and Angie. When my wife and I first came in, we had no appointment but Kim was more than happy to accommodate us and gave us a very thorough tour of the apartments and we found the apartment we fell in love with that day. Kim treated us like no other leasing manager had, other apartment managers at other locations were rude, went through the tours too quickly, or treated us like they wanted us out the door as soon as possible, and those were leasing managers we had appointments with! We fully expected to be turned away or be taken through a sloppy tour, but not Kim, she took great care of us, she's very personable and pays attention to all the needs of her tenants. Any needs or issues I have, Kim and Angie are a quick email or phone call away. No 1-800 number or layers of people to go through like other big property management companies. At Core83, Kim and Angie are the only names you need and they are at your beck and call, they quickly coordinate with the friendly and prompt on-site facilities team who are trustworthy people you can trust in your apartment if you're away. read more

This is by far the best management I have ever interacted. I have lived in multiple different apartments and there were numerous times some people were just purely rude. However, Genevieve, Lony and Rhonda were all extremely nice and helpful. They all remember who lives where and never forget to say hello. Below are the examples I got help from them in very timely manner. 1. Investigation of electricity usage. Last winter, my electricity bill came out almost 5 times more than previous month and talked to them if they could help me investigate. 2. I had to find a place to park for a couple of nights and they allowed me to park in the underground secured parkade free of charge. 3. A package I ordered online said it was delivered but did not arrive and they helped me by guiding me with tips how to receive it. 4. I recently renewed my rent lease but they understood my situation (I bought a presale property so I do not know when it will complete) and handled it calmly and nicely. Overall, these people are all very ethical, gentle, and nice. They look out for you and try their best to make living in Core 83 enjoyable and safe. I did not find a single problem living here or interacting with them. I have lived here for less than a year and already received so much help from them. I've been at Core83 for about half a year now and I am so glad I decided to move here. Moving in, I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was (moving from Seattle apts this was amazing)!! They have a small gym which is very convenient, safe parking, and also close to so many restaurants and parks. Those are only just a few things that make this place great. Highly recommend checking it out if you're planning to move to this area! During the touring process, I toured 3 other places around downtown. All really nicely located and modern buildings, but this one stood out to me because of the friendly staff. Kim gave me a tour and she made me instantly feel welcome and comfortable. She answered all my questions and still continues to check in and say hi to see if things are going well. I can tell she cares a lot about the residents. Recently sent a work order request on low priority, but it was fixed and taken care of the next day! Also Angie and Kim at the office are super nice and will always respond quickly if there are questions. Basically, I can't stress enough how fantastic the staff is here. Another plus, there are so many cute dogs. Very pet friendly. read more

I have lived at Core 83 since October and I absolutely LOVE it. The staff here is beyond exceptional. Angie, Rhonda and Lony are truly amazing! They go above and beyond every day to accommodate the residents. Unlike many of the new buildings in Redmond, Core 83 does not have a corporate feel. In fact, when I first moved in, I thought it was self-managed because it had such a "home" feeling and the staff genuinely cares about the building and residents. I have lived in other buildings where the property management company was such a nightmare and treated you like a you were just another number. This is COMPLETELY the opposite at Core 83. The property is very well maintained, clean and has modern spacious finishes. The few occasions I've had a maintenance request, it was fixed the same day! The location is great because there's always plenty of street parking for visitors and it's within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. Other residents (including their dogs) I have met in the building have been extremely friendly. I have loved my time here and would not want to live anywhere else. read more

Of all of the places to live in downtown Redmond, I am so happy I chose Core83. The brand new building is beautiful and has (in my opinion) the best location in town. It's one block from the Redmond transit center, and only a few minutes walk from right downtown while still somehow managing to be very peaceful and quiet. The gym has plenty of machines and weights to use, and the rooftop lounge has great seating space for groups(and shuffleboard!). I especially love the safety and security that the gated parking garage located under the building gives me. One of my favorite parts about Core83 is the management. They are super friendly and responsive to any resident concerns, and they have coffee and cookies in the lobby everyday for residents and visitors. There has been extremely quick turnaround for any maintenance concerns we've had (less than 24 hours), and once a month the building hosts resident events with food, pets, and crafts! I absolutely love living at Core83 and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Redmond. read more

My family and I moved in a year ago and it was a fabulous move. We sold a huge home in hopes of trying-out the "condo" life and it has been phenomenal. The staff is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and extremely passionate about the building and their residents. It has been, by far, a GREAT decision and we are so glad we made the jump to live here. The security, amenities, and socials are amazing. The atmosphere is super positive and collectively, encouraging and welcoming. Downtown closeness was a priority for us, and it has been fantastic walking to restaurants and shops. The BEST location and the BEST building for residents! I read reviews all the time and question the "positive experiences" of place/location/venue I am viewing...I am quite skeptical. However, I can honestly say being a huge 'reviewer' and a 'skeptical person'...Core 83 is a fabulous place to live. I absolutely would choose again to live here. read more

I toured Core83 back in February, but then my plans for moving changed (thanks, Covid) but I thought I'd leave a review as far as loving the property! They had a pretty cool rooftop patio with BBQs, and club room with a shuffle board table! The fitness center was nice and looked to have all the equipment one might need (although I don't work out much, myself! haha) They don't have apartments come available too often, which is a great sign of tenant retention, so that's something that stood out to me. Even in the time I was there, a couple tenants popped in with their dogs for their daily treats and visits, everyone seemed so happy and friendly. The office staff was great and answered all my questions; even reached out to me recently to let me know of their current specials and availability, which is what led me to think to write this review. I'll definitely be checking back once I'm ready to move later this summer. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Core 83 and was proud to call this community my home for over a year. The apartment layout is so well designed, with designer finishes throughout. The building is safe and well maintained. You cannot beat the convenience of this location in downtown Redmond! Core 83 is close to transit, parks, entertainment, shopping and more! The roof top deck and lounge are wonderful for entertaining a large group. Last, but probably the most important is the management team are amazing here. Rhonda and Lony are truly kind, and they are always helpful. I had only two maintenance requests during the year, and both were taken care of in one day. So far I have been very impressed with this apartment. The apartment itself is true to the pictures and very nice. Additionally, the walls are very soundproof, and I haven't heard any noises from any of my neighbors which is a big plus. The management, Kim and Angie, are also super nice and helpful. They respond very quickly to any concerns or requests and go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. I was also very surprised at how genuinely friendly they are - when I see one of them in the lobby they will always ask how my day is going. In all of my previous apartments where I have lived, I've never seen such helpful staff and this is also by far the nicest apartment in terms of design and noise. Overall, I am very happy! read more

Of my 20+ years of living in apartments, this is by far the best complex I have resided in. The building is only 1 year old and features a wide variety of amenities like a gym, top floor indoor / outdoor lounge (complete with gas grills), hardwood floors, and gated, underground parking. The property management office is located on site and the team is always accessible for questions and requests. The best part is the majority of the team lives on site as well and is part of the community. Core 83 is a great find among all the apartment complexes in downtown Redmond. The building is new construction and ideally located near the transit center, grocery stores, and the river trail. The leasing staff are wonderful to work with because they are friendly, responsive, and provide all the details necessary when selecting an apartment. I worked with Genevieve and Angel and they made the decision to live and renew a lease at Core83 easy. We lived at Core 83 for two years and absolutely loved it. Rhonda, Lony, and Angie were so great to us and very responsive whenever we needed help, had questions, or just wanted a cookie. We ended up buying a home so we had to move out. Would highly recommend this place. Apartments are nice, clean, and modern. We lived on the first floor on 83rd and could hardly hear traffic when the windows were closed. It is well insulated and quite. I would of thought we didn't have neighbors if I didn't see them every day. Safe, secure, and within walking distance to about anything you need. read more

Absolutely as good as it gets! Angel and Genevieve are AMAZING! They make the place feel like family. They go over the top trying to help with anything you need: proactively notify about packages on email and offer to place in your home for your convenience, address any question or concern immediately and even help make my toy poodle feel happy! The homes are gorgeous and well-built. I'm on the first floor and am surprised by how quiet it is inside the homes. All the residents are friendly and happy. It's a fantastic place to live. I've been here for about a month or two now (Apt 410) and it's been absolutely incredible! Kim and maintenance have been really helpful with everything. I toured nearly all of the apartments in the general area and nothing was even close. It was nice going to an apartment complex and have someone who genuinely wanted to help rather than a sales person trying to throw me in an apartment. When I first toured, what caught my attention most was how much closet space the one bedroom had; it runs the same length as the bathroom! The overall floor plan is very spacious and I like that it only has carpet in some areas and not throughout. The office staff and maintenance are always very helpful and friendly.
