We had about 40 people and could have had more. We were able to serve food and drinks and also had a slide show of our moms life. They also had a microphone with a speaker so that people could talk about their memories with our mom and we could play our mom's favorite songs. We had a shuttle take us from the Downtown McKinney area to the venue and it was a short-ish ride through ranches and open spaces. Once we arrived, the venue was beautifully laid out. We walked through where the reception would be (an indoor and outdoor concept) and went to where the ceremony was held. The wedding was held in the afternoon at the perfect time where it wasn't too hot and had a nice breeze rolling through the trees. The space where the ceremony was in relation to where the reception was isn't too far of a walk and, although not heel friendly, it wasn't too bad. There are many great spots to take photos at and to also hangout in between the ceremony and reception. The staff working the event was super nice and helpful the whole night. The venue itself was such a beautiful space for such a special life event.

Walk back on the compressed gravel trail to the main building and the reception was on the huge covered porch. There were space heaters mounted up above and put out just the right amount of heat on a coolish but beautiful evening. Great lighting on the patio, room for the double sided buffet line, tables and chairs for the reception attendees and just the right amount of room for the DJ and dance floor. I'm not sure how many guests were in attendance but I would guess around 150 or so. The inside powder room was adorable, complete with a pull chain to flush. Outdoors in the patio were more bathrooms for the cowboys and cowgirls in attendance. The overall vibe was comfortable- rustic and romantic, like you were in a beautiful wooded private space. Close enough to the city, but so fun to drive in and see cows in the field right next to the entry road!

We wanted to play putt putt and this place in the middle of nowhere appeared while we were testing our new RV life at a RV park in the area. Walking from the parking lot up to the barn was a tree filled magical journey. Once arriving at the old barn, we saw string lights gracing the property. It was so pretty. We weren't sure where to go and went to the barn window. The girl assisting us could have provided more info. She asked us if it was our first time there and we informed her that it was. That ended further feedback from her. We paid for putt putt, played the two fun 9-hole courses, but noticed WHEN WE WERE DRIVING AWAY, they had corn hole. We paid $6 per per person entrance fee but didn't experience everything they had to offer. Also, the putting greens were full of leaves. Being only opened Fri-Sun, a leaf blower to the putt putt course on Friday would have been awesome. We visited on Friday at 7pm. We appreciated the options for beer and cocktails. The livestock in the surrounding properties was so cool to see. (We saw that they are someday trying to do a movie watching experience....sounds amazing)

The greenhouse-esque covering for the ceremony space turned out to be completely necessary for our wedding (because of course it rained for the first time in October on our wedding day). Our pictures looked wonderful and our photographer was so excited to shoot here. There are truly so many beautiful spots to capture every moment; you really get the best of everything.

The themes range from Frozen to Mickey Mouse to Pirates & Princesses. Certain parties are an up charge of $150. Speaking of prices, it should be mentioned that this place isn't cheap. This is a 'get what you pay for' situation. Spending $800+ on a party here wouldn't be surprising. However, they are a full-service party place and handle pretty much anything you can think of.

The lighting package is worth it (chandlier, uplights, overhead string lights)- really, it's all you need to highlight the gorgeous brick interior. Photo package- our engagement pictures were excellent. Neither my husband or I would be considered "photogenic" but he really captured some great shots. Alex started taking pictures of us at 9:30 AM during the Vietnamese tea ceremony and again as we got started getting ready at 34 events around 1 and through the wedding until it ended. He had 2 other assistant photographers there capturing the party. Alex's style is photojournalistic and he is a ninja at getting shots without you knowing. The photo booth was a big hit and they let it run an additional hour or so. We did not go with the caterer through the venue, we needed a very specific ethnic multi-course meal that Alex allowed us to bring our caterer of choice which a lot of other venues do not allow. We also got the beer/wine package and our guests took full advantage. Alex was really easy to work with and always responded promptly. Our wedding was stunning and we had a good experience with 34 events.

We hosted both our ceremony and reception there for 150 guests, and it couldn't have worked out better. One of the biggest advantages of 34 Events is how much is handled in-house. From linens and flatware to special lighting, catering, and the bar, so much was coordinated through the venue, which made the planning process incredibly easy and stress-free. The food was prepared on-site and was delicious. We received numerous compliments from our guests. We also utilized Hope's Day-of Coordination services, and it was worth every penny. Hope is simply amazing. She made the entire day feel calm and effortless, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. We are so grateful for her care, organization, and attention to detail. Both Hope and Alex were incredibly responsive throughout the process, and we genuinely enjoyed working with them.
