Now I can shimmy (although not so prettily) my way up a bar and have learned so many pretty & cool ways to come back down it! However, enforcing towing under these circumstances, where there was no apparent demand or obstruction, raises concerns about fairness, proportionality, and good faith. Businesses operate within communities, and with that comes a level of responsibility to act reasonably--not punitively--especially when no harm or inconvenience is being caused. Towing a vehicle within such a short window, absent clear necessity, creates the impression of predatory enforcement rather than responsible property management.
