It seems most classes have a virtual option too. Met the owner when I arrived. She was really nice and showed me around. There are several studios and lockers for your belongings. The studio we were in for the class was really chill. Not what I expected. The lighting was dim with blue and yellow tones. I didn't feel as nervous after entering the room and not feeling fully on display. The Nia class was 30 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will most likely look at the calendar and pick some other classes here and there. I notice they do Pilates, yoga and things like that too. Lots of options!

So when I emailed to inquire about purchasing a package, I got an immediate response. This company was emailing me to prompt and gave me such transparency! They were clear about rules, prices, location, instructor etc. very professional. I also saw more pictures and reviews on instagram! So definitely check them out! When I arrived, they had a table out, already decorated for us. I brought my own food and non-Alcoholic drinks. They also have a tip jar so bring some $$$. Even though some of my girlfriend were late, they were really laid back and stretched my hour, I soooo appreciated that. Our instructor KayCherie was so amazing! Nice, and a great instructor! She was clear, and explained everything very well. The moves were SO fun! But boy, it's a workout!! More upper body to me then lower body, but we did a whole routine and just had a blast. And I left feeling exhilarated and confident and, yes, sexier than when I walked in!! Fast forward to today, March of 2019, and I am down almost 20 pounds!! But even better is the STRENGTH and CONDITIONING I have gained already in these 4 months. I have never, ever, in my life been able to climb ANYTHING...well barely even a ladder. Now I can shimmy (although not so prettily) my way up a bar and have learned so many pretty & cool ways to come back down it! My shoulders, arms, thighs, calves, EVERYTHING, are visibly stronger and fitter. Even better, I have FINALLY found a fitness program that I LOVE and rush to get to the classes. And it's so much more than just pole dance! The floor work, stretching, chair dance, yoga...they have it all!
