In need of a jumpy house I started asking friends if they knew anyone ... a friend of mine referred me to Steve @ Jump action. He was super friendly and had lots of options- in fact so many that now i wanted more than 1 jumpy house! Prices were reasonable and totally in the price range I was hoping for. of course i was ordering it at the last minute so expected to get charged for it- or even lesser options. but they were able to accommodate my last minute party planning & even asked if i needed other party supplies (ez-up, chairs, etc). I didnt but I was happy to know they had more than just jumpy houses for future reference. On the day of my event, they arrived right on time & set everything up without getting in my way. Customer service to the nth degree! We were forced to change the date of our son's birthday party not once, but twice due to rain. And the final change involved me calling Steve on a Friday morning to see if we could move our Sunday party to Saturday, a day early, to beat the rain. This would require a bounce house with only 24 hours' notice! Steve was not only accommodating, but empathetic and personable as well. No issues with delivery, the guys were very friendly, and they set up everything and made sure it was cleaned and inspected, and that it was exactly placed as I needed it to be. Steve and his Jump Action team are awesome. I've used them a couple times over the past couple of years and every experience has been super pleasant. They have lots of options as far as jumpers are concerned, but my go-to is the adult sized slip and slide (with bumper sides, of course). SUCH a fab party favor. It is THEE main event at my Labor Day weekend party now and I can't wait to get it again next year (ahem, I call dibs on the slide, all you Yelpers). They also have a ton of other rental options like EZ-up tents, chairs, GRILLS, margarita machines, you name it. They know how to put the ACTION in your party! They drop off in the morning and come pick up after your party is over. Easy breezy. Steve called after confirming our order to ensure that we were on the same page as far as setup time, location, and any other special requests that we had. Top notch customer service! The day of the party, our Frozen themed bounce house arrived on time and was set up to our specifications. Set up guys were professional and courteous. The bounce house was clean, and the kids loved it. The following day the breakdown crew came back on time, and removed the house and left the area as found. I can't say enough good things about this company. We rented a jumper today for my sons 3rd birthday. We called super last minute and they more than accommodated us. Because of all the Covid stuff I didn't really think of renting a jumper because we weren't having a party but the day of I thought it might be fun for my son to jump with his siblings and cousin. We weren't really expecting anyone to be able to do it last minute but when I talked to Steve he was so nice and still made sure we had exactly what we wanted. He walked us through their sanitizing process and assured us it would be clean. I just asked for a basic jumper (we were pretty much okay with any type of jumper) and he asked if we had a theme which we did. He put a Frozen banner up for us and gave us our color preference and my son was so excited about it. He couldn't believe he had a Frozen jumper on his birthday. It's just so nice that a business went the extra mile during a time when I didn't get to give my son a normal birthday party. It really made him feel special and made up for not having his friends over. Steve's son, Ethan, came to set up and picked it up and he was so nice and awesome. Literally saved the day!! It was my son's first birthday, and company I was initially in contact with for a bouncer did not communicate their policy clearly. Long story short, when I called to confirm, there was no reservation for me and they did not accommodate me at all. I was in panic, and called Jump Action.
