We rented a bounce house with a slide from Jump Action for my son's birthday, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly! Booking was super easy, communication was clear, and the team arrived right on time for both setup and take-down. Everything was clean, secure, and ready to go in minutes. It was also the most affordable option we found, which made it even better. My son had an absolute blast all day, and the Avengers banner they brought was the perfect finishing touch to match our party theme. They made the whole process so simple and stress-free -- we'll definitely be using Jump Action again for future parties!

I rented a soft play with Jump action for my sons birthday at the end of June and highly recommend them for your next party/event!! I heard about them from the local park since they are insured with them! Amy and her husband were prompt with communicating with me before and day of my sons party! Amy even got to the park before I did and started setting up! I wanted to have the soft play moved to a different area of the park, and she was amazing and made it work. This is a way overdue review. My daughter's 9th birthday celebration was in July, I wanted to make sure to shout out this company! I called Steve for an estimate after looking up various bounce house rentals for my daughter's birthday and Steve was polite and to the point, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that he had a flat fee for his rental instead of an hourly charge. That made it affordable. He called me the day before our event to once again confirm details and his delivery man was on time the day of , and during drop off he was respectful and understanding during pick up when the kids wanted 'one more minute' in the bouncy. The bounce house was clean and a highlight for the kids in attendance and the number one wish of the birthday girl! She was happy, so I was happy. I'd recommend Jump Action to anyone. Hoping to use again for my younger child's birthday. read more

Our experience with Steve at Jump Action was beyond our expectations. From scheduling, to the confirmation call from Steve the day before, to delivery and pick up, and everything in between. Steve and his team were a delight to work with. We reserved a bounce house for my sons 5th bday party. Well, the morning of his party my son woke up terribly sick and we had to cancel. We called Steve to let him know we would not need the bounce house that day. I mentioned that we would be postponing to the following week, and Steve did not skip a beat. He was incredibly understanding and happy to accommodate us. Even though he was already on the way to drop off the bounce house, he didn't act put out in the slightest. He helped make a very stressful situation a little easier for us, and we will be using him in the future any time we need a bounce house. read more

We had a great experience with Jump O' Rama!!! Patty is such a sweetheart and a delight to talk to! The day of our daughter party the delivery team came and setup everything quickly and were very friendly. The water slide /jumper princess combo was clean, and in great shape , they added pads at the pool area since the jumper was on half grass and sidewalk and made sure everything was working and secured before leaving and answered our questions regarding the water slide and etc. It was hit with the kids and teens at the party. Pick up time came and they were on-time and quick to take it down and load it, they were a very sweet family too! i've used different company's over the last 17 years and by far this has been the best. I plan to use Jump O'Rama again for my future events and have recommend it to my family and friends as well! Jump action is by far the best company in Orange County ! The owner is beyond helpful and extremely nice ! If you need permits for the jumper, he is registered with the city and it truly makes the process so much easier! I have literally used jump action for the past 5 years now and I couldn't tell you how satisfied I have been every year knowing I don't have to stress about the entertainment for a ton of kiddos ! These guys are a class act! We rented the 16-foot Curvy Waterslide for our end of the year BBQ. Not too long after the kids started going down the slide we noticed that the slide was losing air where the slide met the pool. I gave Steve a call and they were right on top of it. They offered to bring an additional blower and showed up in no time at all. Ultimately, we didn't need a blower, something was askew when the moved the jumper over when they first got there. They took care of the problem and the slide worked like a gem. Steve and his guys wanted to make sure that we had no problems, and they did! The kids played virtually non-stop on the slide for over 6 hours and had so much fun that this is going to become an annual event. Can't wait to try another slide for next summer! read more

We are so happy with their level of service, quality of water slides, and customer service. We have used them twice now (once for my daughter's 4th birthday and once for my son's 8th birthday). All the guests had a blast! The company came and setup up several hours before the party and promptly came later that evening to clean everything up. And their prices are soo reasonable! From the moment I contacted them until the moment they drove away after packing up the bounce house it was a fantastic experience. Recommended to me by several friends, Jump Action did not disappoint. Their website is basic but very easy to use, getting a hold of them via phone is just as easy. They confirmed our order with us the day before delivery like they said they would and delivered on time. The bounce house was a huge hit with everyone and the gentleman that delivered it was so professional, respectful of our garden, and just an A+ person. Rented out a monster truck jumper for my son this weekend. Not only did I book last minute i requested a monster truck theme. Boy was i blown away. I got a respond almost immediately and when they dropped off they were on time. When i asked for a monster truck theme jumper ill be honest i expected a traditional (castle looking) small jumper. When Steve's son blew it up it was an actual monster truck. My son was so impressed. And i won't lie I was too. When they picked up they were on time. No hassle. We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.

How could you not love Steve at Jump Action. He is the epitome of the most caring small business owner. I have called Steve over the years to help me with my bounce house rentals, he is honest, available to give suggestions and knows his stuff. We did an "open house"- "house warming" party and used Jump Action for the kid entertainment piece of the day. His crew that dropped off the inflatable were clean cut and nice and they were on-time!! This made me feel at ease as I had other party details to deal with. I seriously think all small business owners and even big businesses should learn from his high quality customer service. We had an amazing experience with Jump Action for our twins' birthday party and would book with them again in a heartbeat. The owner, Steve, was incredibly easy to work with -- professional, responsive, and patient with all of my questions. Pricing was very reasonable, and unlike other companies I looked at, there were no surprise add‑on fees or last‑minute charges. Delivery and pickup were both smooth and right on time. The team handled everything quickly and respectfully, and the equipment itself was clean, well‑maintained, and clearly cared for. JUMP ACTION IS AMAZING!! We hosted a party with over 600 guests, and I needed a jump house last minute, and JUMP ACTION was able to provide us with a wonderful Jump House and Slide combo! We hired Jump Action for my daughter's 4the birthday party at the park. First of all, great communication, Steve explained the different jumpers they have in details. Everything ran perfectly. The Great Great Mediterranean Grill - Santa Ana arrived with food right on time. Jump Action Setup jumper 30 minutes before we even arrived and they picked up exactly at 4:00 pm as we requested. I absolutely love Jump Action! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my bounce house needs! Everything from the initial phone call, to reserving the bounce house to the pick-up after the party was professional and friendly. The jumpers are clean, and look like NEW! There were absolutely no rips, tears or stains like there had been with other companies that I had tried previously. And most importantly, the kids had so much fun!! We rented a "Thomas the Train" bounce house and popcorn machine for my son's third birthday and both were a huge hit with all the kids - and parents!!!! They came to set up on time, the bounce house was spotless and they were very friendly. Such fun to watch a bunch of toddlers jumping and having a blast! Let me just start by saying Steve is AWESOME!!!! I found Jump Action on an approved list of jumper rentals provided by the City of Fullerton. I have had several phone conversation with Steve to modify my order. Each and every time his customer service was outstanding. My son's 5 birthday is still 2 weeks away but I can already tell Steve is our "go to guy" for jumpers/ party rentals. I will be following up with an after party review.... A class act all the way! Steve, very patiently, helped us pick the perfect jumper for our son's 7th birthday. We had limited backyard space and he was able to get the most out it..
