Nicki stated that she was the only one there both times I had spoken with her and that she didn't know if the shirts were ready. So I looked through racks of clothes to find the shirts, myself! I cannot stress to you how rude, mean and just plain dismissive Nicki was this morning as well as every other time that I have been to this location. While I was there, a gentleman came in and shared with me that this was the second time this location had lost one of his shirts, and he didn't know why he kept coming back! Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to go anywhere else but this location!

THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. I asked why I was charged for a denim jacket instead of a women's 2 piece suit and was told that the jacket was denim.
