I expected some dust, however, the level of attentiveness to the cleanup after is noted in the layers of dust found in some rooms on toilet tops and floors, including a finger sized piece of plaster in my dog's food dish. There were rust stains left on my carpet from one of the machines. When using my dryer for the first time that day after it was cleaned, the vent tubing became detached and again on Sunday. The level of professionalism was also low in the way the owner spoke to his son (= worker) who was doing the work in front of me, the client, on several occasions. Considering all this and the correspondence with the owner since, I would not recommend this company.

The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! I interviewed several supposed experts who work on this type of fine rough stone with chiseled edges. Each company said that matching the grout color exactly and guaranteeing that removing several different size Versailles individual stones would be extremely difficult if not impossible! I finally interviewed Conrad Fiedler owner of the west valley Grout Doctor franchise. Yes he owns a franchise! From the moment he inspected my floors he let me know that not only could he replace several cracked tiles but that the majority of the hairline cracked tiles could be properly epoxied and no longer be visible. As to the grout work and paint restoration he assured me that the color would not be noticeable. I took a gamble knowing what his competitors had told me that using a franchise was a very bad idea. What I didn't know was that the many years of experience in repairing fine stone was Conrad's expertise. Every franchise of any type is only as good as the owner's expertise! But a couple days later we noted a slight discoloration on the travertine tile above the grout line. I spoke w/Logan, who arranged IMMEDIATELY to return to check that. While at the house he was apparently not entirely happy with the (wide) width of the grout joint, so he insisted, in addition to a clean-up of the travertine, on doing a TOTAL DO-OVER of the whole job. Pretty impressive, and it looks way better than initially.
