I really contemplated moving forward with a negative review because Anthony is so responsive and friendly. But it was just hard to overlook the fact that the service I paid for was subpar. The company is listed on Yelp 3 times under different addresses so I also found that interesting. I originally booked a move out clean and paid extra on top of this for carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning. You would think if there's an extra cost for flooring that this would be given adequate detail and attention in the cleaning process. While the carpet was cleaned, I'm not sure it was properly vacuumed as I found hair, lint, and dried pieces of clay in the carpet post-clean. I sweeped the tile and it seemed like it had not been touched at all based on how much dirt I accumulated. I also found dried ice cream stains on the floor in the kitchen, guess I shouldn't have expected for those to be cleaned to? To add, the baseboards were not cleaned in any of the rooms or living spaces. Baseboards were one of the first things listed for the clean on the invoice sent to me. Additionally, there should have been dusting high to low (also listed) yet there was a clear cobweb in a corner of the living room. Not a single blind was cleaned either. There were cabinets that were never wiped down on the inside and my bathroom cabinetry had a caked baking soda type of mixture all over it. It was incredibly frustrating to have to clean the missed areas that should have been included in the move out cleaning after I just paid $415. They did do a good job with appliances and the shower/toilet but that's pretty much where the compliment ends. read more
