One of the houses was a complete construction remodel and one was being lived in. Needless to say, the remodeled house windows had dust, fingerprints, stickers and paint overspray so the job necessitated a lot of work and a professional. He gave me a general quote on over the phone and kindly rearranged his schedule, promising me that he would arrive with his employee between 7 and 8 am on Friday. He texted me on Friday at 7 saying he was on his way and arrived at 7:30. Jesse and his partner could not have been more courteous and professional. The window work on both houses was excellent. Spotless. His final price, which he told me in advance of starting, only increased by $20 from his over the phone quote BUT that was my fault because I had miscounted the windows. Clean, fast, professional, courteous, responsive, extremely reliable, very reasonable pricing, great attention to detail, high quality work. I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND JESSE AND UPTOWN WINDOW CLEANING. THEY ARE BY FAR, THE BEST I'VE EVER WORKED WITH IN ARIZONA.

The company looked at our house (tons of photos available) and they said because of the blinds on some of our downstairs windows, it would cost $600. I reminded him that he gave me a price by text and we agreed on it, but that didn't matter to him. Bad way to do business! And he wasted my time to boot.

After meeting Roberto while out and about, my husband scheduled an appointment with B&B without even getting quotes elsewhere. Lucky for us, they had stellar Yelp reviews, are fully insured, were on time for the cleaning, did a stellar job, and were moderately priced for the service received.
