We really appreciate it as we were right in the middle of our job & had some pressing questions about our PressurePowerPros.com power washer. It's brand new and we didn't want to do something to cause it harm. I'm not in the power washing industry but I have a commercial unit for around my home, I don't know all the ins and outs of my unit all I know is my pump is bad,I'm a handy guy so I take the pump off and start looking to get a new one, of course mine is unique and not one you can just buy online, I contact this company and first talk to Shannon, she was very helpful and friendly, I emailed pics of my pump and she responded within the day to inform me of my options. Then I spoke with one of the supervisors Don, he spent the time to talk to me about what they could do and how they were going to help me. He too was very friendly, and helpful. I look forward to taking my unit into have them fix it and to put a face to the nice voices on the other end of the phone. read more

Ive been in business over 15 years and I've tried multiple times to give this company my business. Every time it become a problem, drama, they ask really dumb questions. 2nd time this has happened when I walk in stand in front of the parts desk and everybody there working does not bother to ask me if I need help. I do not go there to hang out and leave. If they are too busy to help me they are too busy for my money. I'm done read more

Having read a couple of the really negative reviews on Yelp, I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences with AAA Pressure Washers. I have been in the pressure washing business for 20 years and have doing business with AAA for many of those years. Not only did I purchase my tralier, two hot water pressure washers, water tank, hose reels, etc..from AAA, but they have provided me with quality service and parts over the years. It is really nice to have a company that gives me an honest, upfront evaluation of a repair problem, without "padding" the job with unnecessary work to increase their profits! I have sent many people to AAA in the past and will continue to do so in the future. read more

I normally don't write negative reviews;however, this company deserves to be acknowledged for in my opinion being Dishonest. I was told to bring my machine in and they'd take a look at it and give me an estimate. I left my machine and received a call that it'll be $85 for the estimate and $1700 to repair. They said i needed a pump that cost $900. I checked on the internet for the same pump and saw that it cost $300-$400. The same pump. Labor is $85 hr for 6 hrs to replace a pump off a pressure washer? In my opinion they have lost that customer service honesty you somewhat felt before they moved into this newer place. I no longer will do business with them and dont trust them any longer. Beware of the mark ups, the fake smiles and fake concerns they tend to display to you. See how much an estimate is and get it in writing before you leave your machine.. Good luck read more

I was referred to AAA Pressure Washers by a friend who said they were under new ownership ( I had previously stayed away) . Wow, what a difference a new owner can make! Great service, really nice people. The new owner John was great. He was a really nice and honest guy who spent a bunch of time with me answering all of my questions. I very much recommend this business. I live outside the city and I really hate making the drive in and getting the run-around. The first time I went to this shop I called ahead to get an appointment, and even though they were really busy, were able to work me in and fix my problem. I used to do a lot of pressure washing in Indiana, so I know quite a bit about these machines. This had me plain stumped. It turns out that I had a bad engine coil and a lot of gasoline was getting into my oil. The other pressure washer place told me I was overfilling my oil, like I'm a 5-year old. I've been back a few times in the last six months, and I've been very satisfied each time. Yesterday, I bought an expensive pressure hose on my credit card--I changed my mind on the hose and the fittings a few times before I got what I wanted. Today I got a call because in the confusion they had accidentally charged me for the wrong hose. It was about $25 bucks savings. I would have never known it. I'm mostly retired. 25 bucks is 25 bucks! read more

This company deserves more than 5 stars. But since 5 is all that is allowed, I will settle. Don and his team have more than taken care of us on more than one occasion. They always have what we need, their prices are very reasonable, if they don't have a part, they will have it within 1-2 days. This is worth the small markup they charge vs purchasing online. Our most recent trip over to AAA was due to a faulty electric motor for one of our pressure washers. We brought this to AAA on a Friday morning, Phil got on the phone with a vendor right away, and by Monday they had our motor and by Monday afternoon our equipment back up in running. This is the reason we will never go to another parts/repair shop. Our equipment is always repaired on/before the time they promise it. Their technicians are all knowledgeable when it comes to correcting machine issues, they diagnose the problem quickly, tell us what the cost will be to get the issue corrected, and do not take advantage of us as a customer. There are a lot of shady businesses out there that will push you to get everything they quote, even if it isn't necessary. At AAA If we decide something on the quote is not needed right now, they won't push us into purchasing something. They are very honest. We will certainly return to AAA in the future.
