Stopped in with my daughter for a nice lunch. Juliet's is situated in downtown Joliet in an area that's currently under renovation. Juliet's is an excellent addition. Large, roomy, elegant but still laid back. We stopped in for lunch but I can totally see the dinner crown hanging here before after theater shows or shopping. The decor is clean, crisp, and stylish. The staff and service is excellent! Refined yet casual and comfortable. I wish I had asked my severs name she was great. In fact a few servers checked on us while she was bus attending to other tables. We started with the Brussels sprouts which were large and plentiful with some in zest we dug in and enjoyed them very much. I had burger which was hand pattied and full of flavor. Really good burger holds up to any burger out there really. My daughter had the rib eye steak sandwich which was really good as well and rather large for the price. Cooked just as requested and on a nice fresh bilillo type roll. It's a great stop and I definitely plan on trying dinner there as their offerings look excellent. A great spot for casual or fine dining fare.

Beware! They canceled my reservation shortly before a show at Rialto via OpenTable email. I tried calling over and over again couldn't get an answer... so made other plans in a scramble. Then got repeated emails from OpenTable saying I ditched my reservation... again tried calling the restaurant and got no answer.... Apparently, they don't honor their reservations and will leave you in a lurch and then accuse you of skipping out

Was in the mood for a burger which was delicious. She had the honey glazed salmon. Which she loved.

First and foremost, the ambiance was welcoming and very nice. Kind of got that historic feeling to it. The service was good. Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn't bother us too much or too little. The food was very good also. No complaints and I will stop by here again if in the neighborhood. This was our Valentines Day dinner, went by Harrah's Casino afterwards. Ugh...at least she won $100.

Nice cozy environment with great food. Service was also awesome. Loved their fresh Cobb salad and Cubano sandwich.

One of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had and the cocktails are out of this world. This restaurant is very fancy but the prices are incredibly fair. We are from Wisconsin, our daughter is preforming at the Rialto Theatre this weekend and we needed to find a place to grab a bite to eat for lunch. Chef Jerry, the waitress Cameron, and the bartender Ian put together the ultimate combination for the perfect meal. We absolutely will be back.

An okay bar. It doesn't have much good in terms of food with mostly greasy bar crap. Juliet's is also pretty expensive for around here and it's not even a fancy place. Go for happy hour to get something more reasonable and save more. The service is kind of slow. It pretty much is like an expensive dive bar. Prices are pretty high for around here. They're too much for drinks and food that's nothing upscale. Certainly some of the drinks are good. They're pretty expensive for most of these. I like the Blueberry Mule. It's $10 though which is quite a lot for a cup full of vodka with some extra stuff. This is made with agave syrup, ginger beer, and lime juice in flavored vodka. I have only had the House Chips. It's $2.50 for a plate. This is literally about the only food item without cheese or meat on this. Cool place except for the prices and lack of healthier eating. It has typical greasy stuff like fries and it's slow getting orders. There's almost nothing for vegetarians.

Cute banquet venue for a small wedding or party. Food was seasoned and the picky eaters even enjoyed it. Staff was quick and professional.

Had to go to Joliet for work and stayed near Heroes West. A coworker from the area referred to the…read morerestaurant as a "higher end" version of Applebees. I can see why he said that. Inside this location resembles an industrial sports bar with concrete floors and iron accompaniments throughout the establishment. Service was good, the waitress was really friendly, kind, and accommodating. The ticket times were fine, not super get out of here fast, but also not you're stuck in the booth slow. Coworker ordered a patty melt and waffle fries with Italian spring rolls. I ordered basically a custom blackened salmon sandwich with only avocado on it and a side of waffle fries. I had a pretzel too. The pretzel was a bit weird for me; felt and tasted like a brioche bun which overall the idea seems amazing, but I want my pretzels exceptionally salty. The salmon was acceptable but realistically overcooked. The fries were amazing, quite possibly the best version of waffle fries I've ever had. Think of Arby's seasoned curly fries but in a waffle shape. Overall not a bad meal but not an exceptional one. I'd return if I had to revisit this area for work again.

Oh, and the Leinenkugel girls were there too. Given the crowd, it was amazing how well the staff handled requests. They even had, on top of their usual menu, an extra Oktoberfest menu. Da wife had the brat and fries, and I had the grilled chicken sandwich. We also, once again, did the pita with spinach artichoke dip. Everything was tops, it all came out in a reasonable time, and again, the service was great, so I was sure to take extra good care of our young lady. Their beer selection is really good, especially in bottles. You usually think of a neighborhood sports bar as Tombstone pizza and nachos. This place is actually a destination for us for FOOD. Parking's fun, cuz it's in the middle of a working class neighborhood, and last night was a MONSOON. But overall a superior experience. Friendly crowd, too. The owner's a great guy, very involved with his joint, which is a major plus. Big thumbs up.

The fryer oil requires cleaning, the breading is separating, and the flavor is absent. I would rate it 4 out of 10. Frankly, the toughness made it challenging to chew and the fries were just plain limp . Don't get me wrong the hubby had a patty melt which he enjoyed and the service was good
