I cane and got my nails done a week ago. They aren't coffin shaped and they are uneven. I spent over 2 hrs here waiting to get my nails done. Which the wasn't a problem giving the fact that they had just re opened. I'm mad that I have to com back to get my nails done taking off after I spent $55.00 to get them done. I will not be coming backs poor customer service and the nails don't last more than a week without them popping off. Ugh just a waste of my time. read more

They use to do my nails good but I don't know what happened to their skills. My nails started breaking too easily, at least one was missing when it came time for a fill. Did I mention the attitudes? The owner runs her workers like a sweat shop, you can tell they are afraid of her. The owner (Kim or Lee or something like that, idk her name) is always rude and pushy. If you want to wait a long time for mediocre service and nasty attitudes then this is your spot. If you want my opinion, spend them black dollars where they are appreciated. The person who did my friend's mani pedi was great; the person who did mine clearly just wanted to rush out of there and did a terrible job on mine. I have been going to Jules nails since they expanded Tye who was my nail tech had been taken care of me until his sister accident over charged my card by $20 I told then not to worry they could just take it off my next set. To my shock the next two times Tye couldn't do my nails so I asked for my refund and they wouldn't give my money back I was a great client always tip and gave a gift when his first child was born SMH why would you do that to a loyal client? My mom got a pedicure with paraffin wax, my mom had ask the girl after the use do you throw the wax away. Went and was looking for toe polish colors, and I'm like are these it because I WANT MY NAILS AND TOES TO MATCH, so i need to look and choose so they can match. I had a wonderful experience with this place & I will forever be a customer. When I go to a nail place I look for customer service, how they do nails, if they listen to what I want, quality, time spent & lastly if they last long. I give them 5 stars for each category. Kim, the manager started my nails & Ty or Thia, I don't know how to spell it, finished my nails. Kim tries to accommodate to everyone & you can tell that she tries to make sure that she takes care of everyone. Which can be a pro & a con. It's good that she acknowledges each guest but then again she's so busy trying to get everyone that she can forget about you too. But she makes sure that you are taken care of. She didn't do exactly what I wanted but it turned out better than what I asked for. My nails are 3 weeks old & I still get compliments on them. Not one crack & not one broken nail & I love that. I got my nails medium long coffin shape (Ty made sure to execute the shape of my nails, honey he took his time) gel polish with gel polish on my toes & my total was $45 which is great! Not too expensive. Now the gel on my feet didn't last but a week & a half. Overall I'll recommend them, they won me over with great customer service & the longevity of my nails read more

In town for the holidays and needed a fill went here and the service and my nails were perfect. Unlike most places that file your nails to the white meat and burn all your cuticles off with that devilish drill the nail tech was super sweet and she TOOK HER TIME! I didn't feel rushed and we also weren't in here all day. I paid $25 for a gel fill. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I'm in town. read more

This place is absolutely amazing.the salon is very clean. Service is excellent,they truly pay attention to detail. Very friendly. I've been going here since November 2017 and every time my nails are outstanding. I would never go anywhere else. In the evening there is a wait but it's well worth it because of their amazing work. Its decorated beautifully and the color selection is great. This is definitely to place to go. Hands down the best place I've ever been to for my nails, and to top it all off the prices are great!!! The worst experience ever!!!! I usually go to a nail salon in Stockbridge. However, this place was down the street from my job. First, the lady there is extremely pushy. I shouldn't have to tell you 3 times that I don't want a pedicure. Now, I came in for SNS nails and the nail tech did them extremely thick and I wear them on my natural nails. I wanted them to look natural! Which they don't!!!! I had to ask for them to be thinner. I got ready to pay and they charged me a soaking fee!!!! I have never in my life paid for a soaking fee ! Especially when I'm about to pay for multiple services. Clearly they can't be making any money and I understand why! I definitely won't be returning to this establishment. Hi, I was a new customer in Julee's Nail Salon, and the treatment when I initially came in was good. I felt a possible connection. I have SNS or dip powder on my nails and when taking them off one must apply acetone, a cotten ball, and foil. Allow the acetone to sit for about 7 mins and then removal is easy. The young lady that did my nails. continued to use a drill and when I informed her of the technique that I was use too, she ignored me, or probably did not understand. Anyways, I showed a level of trust, but then the lady did not listen. I did not get upset, but I did walk out, not without paying $5 for the removal, that I did myself! But Julee, did try to make up for the young lady's mistake, though at this point I was just ready to go, and surprised that she charged me for this. I will never go back, and if you are a person that likes SNS and no drilling I advise you to go elsewhere. read more

This was my second time going to this place and it was as different as night is from day.The girl that did my nails did okay, they look nice but she let fingernail polish all over my fingers, when I saw it I asked the girl that was doing my manicure to get it off for me, She wet a cotton ball and handed it to me. I reminded her that they were getting paid to do that. She then proceeded to talk in her native tongue to the other lady and laugh. She took the cuticle cutters and started clip my skin and the nail polish off, I told her to stop and she said well let her do it. The other lady looked at my nails pulled out the same cuticle remover I said can you use the cotton ball please. she dug her nails between my nail and my flesh. I said it hurting. She was a little gentler then but by that time the damage had been done, Both my hands are hurting and sensitive to any kind of chemicals. I guess I will have to find another place to go. when I first came to her shop experience was great. Nails come out ok for the price. I went back another time and Kim rushed on my nails and I do not like when people rush on my nails especially when when am about to drop a 100 on her shop.
