First time checking this place out for dinner a few days ago! The weather was nice, so my friends and I decided to take advantage of sitting outside. I made prior reservations through the Yelp app--but there were not a lot of people there, so it may not be necessary on a week day. Food wise: For appetizer, the fried calamari was just okay. We were asked if we wanted the regular or cajun flavored, so we chose the cajun--it was bought out to us plain, so we told our server, who ended up bringing out a container of Cajun spice so we could "add" to our calamari, which I thought was a bit odd. Seafood was good--I enjoyed the Juicy Special (medium) seasoning with the crawfish! And it comes with corn and potato! The seasoning was well flavored and the medium spice level had a good kick to it. For drinks, the Passion Fruit Margarita was delicious! Service wise: After I was seated, it took a while before a server approached the table. The server was fine, she checked on our table pretty often. Ok from these reviews, I definitely need to go back and get a boil. I came here for lunch and ordered the lunch special which came with 6 jumbo fried shrimp and fries. I loved the shrimp - it wasn't over cooked, it was like well seasoned, and it was a good portion size. If you're doing carry out, I recommend venting the box so that the steam doesn't make your food soggy before you have a chance you eat it. A pretty spacious restaurant with a couple of tables outside if you want to partake in outdoor dining. Call ahead if you don't want to wait but my meal took about ten minutes to prepare. It was ok. We wanted to try it out because it's so close, and hubby loves seafood. But the menu is pretty limited - if you like shrimp boils/ steamers or fried seafood, then this place is for you. We started with hush puppies, which were oddly shaped, had no texture, and had very little flavor. Hubby got fried oysters, and I got fried shrimp. Both were good...very plentiful servings, but not very seasoned. I'm updating this review to 5 stars because I've came back two more times after my first time. I haven't tried anything new mind you, but the steamed shrimps are awesome-sauce. I also always get the shrimp with heads on because the flavor is in the brain and you can put the shrimp heads on your fingers and scare your children with them. Not that I purposely subject my children to psychological torture. What are you, social services? But I digress, the shrimps are rather addictive... my son also likes the shrimp basket... and I'm just glad that I'm able to get him to eat something other than chicken nuggets. read more

Food 9/10: The snow crab legs in Combo C were cooked to a good temperature, they weren't sticking to the shell. The only downside was it only came with one corn and it didn't feel like a lot of crab. Went here Monday night. Booked a reservation for 8:30pm because the establishment closes at 10pm. The restaurant is located inside a shopping Ctr so it easy to locate. It was ample amount of parking. When I arrived I had to wait about 2-5 minutes before being greeted because they seem to be short staff the lady from the bar came to front to help everyone waiting at the front. I was seated immediately at a booth after being asked if I was doing take out or dine in. My waiter came shortly after n took my order. Drink service was slow considering it wasn't busy. All my food touchdown before I even got water although I ordered a drink. The crab rangoon was delicious and taste fresh. The steamed oyster with the juicy sauce was good but could of used a little more sauce. That seafood pasta was giving very much basic. Alfredo sauce from the jar. Imitation crab meat, two scallops and like 5 shrimp which were decent size with a little seasoning sprinkled on top. No thank you. The drink I ordered taste like koolaid. I know rum has a light taste but baby give me a little buzz for the wait. The breaded chicken were delicious but again they needed more sauce. I asked for Buffalo sauce but the sauce tasted more like bbq. The seafood boil was delicious so order. Seafood boil is what you come here for. Save your money on the drinks cause that will run a tab up anyway for you not to taste the liquor or get a buzz. The ambience was like your typical seafood spot. The noise level was minimal. My family and I got carry out during COVID. I was told the inside was very nice and there is a bar. We got the fried shrimp basket, mini crab cakes, crab rangoons, fries, and fries. The good: the shrimps were a decent sized and you could actually taste the shrimp. The crab rangoons were cripsy and crunchy. The hush puppies were good. They were a bit on the sweet side but I liked them. The bad: the mini crab cakes should be renamed "crab bites" because that's what it is. Little crab balls. Similar to hush puppy size. The shrimp breading was lacking in season. The fries were terrible. Soggy and almost raw and again no seasoning. The cocktail sauce didn't have enough horseradish to me but I like a lot. First time sitting down in here to eat and it was pretty good. Crab legs shrimp, crawfish, lobster tail, corn, sausage, potato in the juicy special sauce. My only think about the food was that the lobster tail was tough and some of the crawfish was not fresh. Other than that i enjoyed the food. This was a nice hidden surprise. I saw a friend post the takeout bag in IG and had to give it a try. I loveeeeee a good seafood boil. My favorite thing is they have boiled eggs.
