This Juiceland location is the most underrated out of all and also a disguised record shop!!! All of their juices are always delicious and made-to-order. I really enjoy having a fresh juice as I record shop and treating myself to a fresh juice is an extra and delicious bonus for me! I love the protein juices they offer and will coordinate my week based off of their daily specials. I have been coming in to this location for years now and the other day I popped in and upon seeing the vinyl records they sell I was reminded I should write a review just based off of their records with, of course, honorable mentions to the friendly staff, service, the chill vibes, and the immune system boosting juices too. Vinyl record prices are fair here and when I was browsing I considered at least 2-3 records to bring home with me. Had it not been the holiday season and I wasn't treating everyone else I would have gotten a White Stripes LP and a couple of their discounted offerings too. They had new and used records here which I super appreciated. You can tell the selection here is curated and intention which is cool! Parking can be a thing but be patient someone will move. Dropped by after work on a Tuesday for a quick snack. There is plenty of parking in the lot and it is conveniently located on S 1st Street near South Congress and Zilker. The store was not too crowded and I was quickly attended to. Like other Juiceland locations I have visited, there were cute records on sale and a boho, tropical aesthetic. I got the Originator and it came out shortly after ordering it. It was tasty and had a thick consistency. I really liked how it was not too sweet and had good health benefits from the spirulina, peanut butter, protein powder and whole foods. I feel like this location is a little overlooked. The area is always under construction and it's a bit forgettable of an area. However, the staff always has a smile as they easily blend up your order to smooth tunes. They have records for sale and a free arcade game console if you want to stay a while. A favorite spot for us when visiting Austin. They are super reliable for mobile pickup of bulk orders - we did multiple runs for a family reunion and they nailed it every time. I love the strawberry coconut smoothie (basically a cheaper Hailey Bieber Erewhon recipe) but there's not a bad choice on the menu. I just exited another establishment when I saw a sign outside of Juiceland, showing the juices they make. They looked delicious. I entered Juiceland through their double doors, making entrance easy for wheelchairs and walkers. I might add that Juiceland is located in a small mall with other stores. Parking is free. I ordered Morning Sunrise. Tasting like there was banana and mango, but I know there were other fresh fruit juices in my drink. There were three employees behind the counter as I walked in. Busily making juices for orders called in. The employees were friendly and courteous. The shop itself was welcoming. Nice lil smoothie chain they got going here in Atx. I've gotten their Dragon Fruit Bowl, the Berry Smoothie, and the most recent time around, I asked for my Strawberry Mylkshake to be served as a smoothie bowl. While they are always refreshing, healthier drinks, it's usually a little too bland for me. But. I guess that is a personal thing and just learning to remember to tell them to add extra honey / sweetener. All in all though, it's a decent smoothie place. Check it out if you haven't. P.S. Parking is a lil tight in this location so just watch out. If you've had one Juiceland, you've kind of had them all. This is not to say they have a small menu (far from it) but more so that they've gone so corporate and chain-ified it's hard to find the unique aspects that made them a Austin fav in the first place. They're a solid spot to pick up a quick (albeit pricy) smoothie, but starting to lose the spark that used to distinguish them from the likes of other larger juice/smoothie chains. Which ultimately checks out with their recently very sus (alleged) labor violations lol. But stick with the smoothies and more popular juices, had The Fountain juice the other day and it really made my guts churn lol read more

Ordered a pickup order 8/23. Website clearly states Austin locations offer curbside pickup, and either a walk-up or drive through option (see photos with this location on that list). Since this location has neither a walk-up or drive through, I was anticipating using the curbside option as I have been the entire pandemic. I call the store to let them know I am here to pickup my curbside order and they inform me they are no longer doing that as of a couple weeks ago, so I let them know I have my dog with me and did not want to leave him in a hot car to come inside. They refused to bring the smoothies outside to my car, or even to the front door which I suggested as an option to meet in the middle and unhelpfully informed me I need come inside to get them. Keep in mind this was 3pm on a Monday and there was not a single customer in the store when I was on the phone with them. Had to resort to rolling all my windows down and running inside while my dog waited nervously by himself in the car, something he has never done before since that is very stressful for a dog. Horrible customer service and will not be coming back even though I live in the neighborhood, switching to soup peddler for smoothies from here on out. read more

After the experience my boyfriend and I had on Sunday evening I had to make a yelp account. The human at the counter (goes by Christine or something?) While everyone else was working they were sitting at the register on a stool and reading a book.... This isn't the first time we've seen this from this person. It is disappointing to go to one of my favorite shops to see someone sitting and reading a book while the rest of the staff is clearly working hard to fulfill all of the orders on the screen while still being so nice to all of the customers.
