JuiceLand has the best smoothies I've ever had-- they are deliciously thick and so refreshing! So good I went every day for breakfast when I was in Austin. I 100% recommend the Originator, which is apple, banana, blueberry, cherry, peanut butter, brown rice protein, flax oil, and spirulina! Usually I am wary of paying for smoothies because oftentimes I feel like I could make similar smoothies for cheaper, but I love JuiceLand because of the variety of ingredients they use that elevate their smoothies to another level, which I can't replicate as easily at home. 5 stars and beyond for JuiceLand! read more

JuiceLand makes the best smoothies I've ever had. I've even made my own version of them at home, inspired by JuiceLand. They are refreshing, filling and healthy at the same time. They are great for breakfast or and afternoon snack. They have a huge menu and a wide variety to choose from. My favorites are the Wundershowzen and the Originator. I usually get both and share with my husband. I've tried other ones, but these are the best in my opinion. This downtown location is perfect when you are staying in a hotel nearby. It is so convenient to walk and pick up a juice or smoothie. I first tried JuiceLand when I was in college at UT years ago. Yummy healthy spot in downtown Austin, your balance for your tacos and BBQ. As a first timer, I ordered the Peachy Green with hemp protein. It was very delicious and refreshing for a hot day. Price is pretty standard for health smoothie joints- expect to pay $5-$9 for a smoothie depending mostly on size. Thoroughly enjoyed my top stops at Juiceland during my recent trip to Austin. We were in the mood for a smoothie one afternoon and through a combination of Yelp and Foursquare, came to Juiceland. I was visiting Austin for work and my friend recommended this place. I end up ordering a smoothie, two cold pressed bottled drinks to-go and some chocolate they were selling called Honey Mama's. The juices were so good! I felt so refreshed and healthy after drinking it. There are three different smoothie drink sizes you can choose from. I got the smallest size at that time after eating a big dinner. I appreciated that option! Also, the honey mama chocolate is probably one of the best chocolate I ever tasted! Be warned of the "animal-free, dairy protein" it is a formula straight form the pit of hell. I had some of this lab generated bacteria that is being promoted as "milk" and it created some form of reaction in my gut, where I was literally puking out foam while having a high fever. I have spoken with several other people who have a similar story, and am seeing this as not a hyper-specific instance. OMG I would do anything if there was JuiceLand in the Detroit area! I was in town for a conference at the JW Marriott. (literally one block away) Conferences are not known as vegan-friendly so I was so happy to find JuiceLand so close! So I ate just about everything here over three days. My favorite? Probably either the Soba Noodle Bowl, (black bean noodles, kale and carrots with a terrific asian vinegrette), or the quinoa salad with the vegan tzatziki. My favorite juice was the TigerLily. Came here twice for green smoothies because I enjoy drinking my vegetables sometimes (I am lazy, sorry y'all) Primitive Plus: pineapple, mango, kale, chia seeds, pea protein & lemon. Part of the proceeds go to charity! I loved this it was tasty, the fruit flavors cut out the kale/pea flavors and made it yummy but healthy at the same time woo Tikal: Pineapple juice, papaya, kelp, lime juice and mint. Kind of weird texture because of the kelp, I wouldn't get it again but it was an interesting try. Upon checking into my hotel, the JW Marriott in downtown Austin, I was told to visit JuiceLand only a few blocks away. I hadn't thought of my food plans for the day and hearing that triggered the idea of getting a juice, which made me happy! About an hour later, I walked a few blocks down the street and made it to JuiceLand. I was greeted by an energetic and very kind young man named Aaron. He helped guide me through the menu. I told him that I wanted either a juice or a shot for immune health. He recommended a few, and I settled on a shot which I believe was called Mr. Medicine. It was extra spicy with all the perfect ingredients I was looking for. They have each of the ingredients in a tube that are premade to make it easier and faster. Aaron told me he added even extra spice for me! It was absolutely delicious and exactly what I needed. So good that I went back two days later and got another one! The lady working there said that they had opened up this location about two years ago. We were talking about how it was about to get very busy for SXSW. The place itself is adorable. Right by the register they have photos of all of their customers! There are also food options. They all looked delicious, however I did not try one. They have a lot of gluten-free and vegan options. They have meatless burritos that looked amazing. Overall, this place is definitely worth stopping by. It is reasonably priced and located in the heart of downtown Austin. Parking would be street/metered parking or in a lot. There is limited seating available inside. Enjoy! read more

All Juiceland locations have the same menu, but all are uniquely charming in their own right. My favorite smoothie is Peachy Green and favorite food is the rainbow quinoa salad. I like this location downtown because it has nice indoor seating and a beautiful mural. read more

Unimpressed at taste of my smoothie. I got the strawberry milkshake and it tasted like they ran out of every ingredient listed in it but strawberries and water. It was terrible. I was upset because looking forward to have a smoothie for lunch. I gave it some stars because the place itself is trendy and cool inside. Another awesome Yelp find during my brief work visit to Austin! I have a confession. I'm a high maintenance smoothie orderer. Good news, this place totally puts up with people like me! Example: half the fruit, add chia seeds, use unsweetened almond milk. The lovely guy behind the counter answered my 100 questions and was very sweet about it. The menu is perfect because they offer drinks that are a great amount of protein, healthy fat, fiber and greens. Not a load of fruit like other smoothie spots. I loved the taste of the pineapple, banana, mango all mixed with local bee pollen. It was a little pricey, but worth every penny in my opinion. JuiceLand is a really cool, trendy hippy-hop vibe juice and smoothie bar I stumbled up because of yelp. The vibe is so chill when you walk in. From the street it looks really unassuming and maybe like it's kind of small but when I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised by the cool, open vibe that greeted me as I walked in the door. As a JuiceLand newbie I was relieved that no one was in front or behind me when I walked in as I began to explore the plethora of menu options but about 60 seconds later I turned around and there were literally about 10 people waiting behind me in line. As I was going to move to the side the very cool guy behind the register assured me it was cool as another girl jumped on the register beside him and began taking orders. I decided to tell him what I liked and immediately he had two choices for me. After a short deliberation and customizations I settled on a large Percolator and added dates and peanut butter. YUM! So delish and so great. It's made of cold brewed coffee, almond milk, banana, cacao, and cinnamon. A large was $9.25 plus whatever it cost for the add ones but I feel the price is totally worth it. I will day this is NOT a cheap juice bar but neither is the quality of the ingredients they are using. As someone that's had smoothie from all over the country I can taste and see the quality of the ingredients. I also took 2 bottled cold pressed juices to go and with a $4.15 tip my bill was about $32 bucks. When I'm back in Austin I will definitely come back to this cool place that has positive vibes, great people, awesome smoothie, chill music and a great product! read more

The protien that the shop uses is smooth, not gritty. The prices are affordable and they offer add ins that make the drink even better. They sell merchandise directly to your right when you walk in. When I first saw this place I thought it was pure hype. Like who could possible spend that much on a smoothie. Well, I'm now that person who does and I think it's completely worth it. What started out as a one off need for variety during breakfast, quickly turned into an almost daily visit. The menu is great. Large enough to offer regulars different options, but not so big that it's overwhelming. Plus, this place has the most extensive list of add-ins I've seen. Very impressed with their extensive menu and selection. As someone who makes spinach/berries smoothies on the reg to up my vegetable and fruit count, I was especially impressed by their more complex smoothie combos that included ingredients the average household doesn't typically stock up on. (ie. hemp seed/protein/oil, brown rice protein, flax oil, etc.) I tried the Julio verde (a green smoothie), and it was delicious! The pecans in it gave it a subtle but nutty flavor that I would've never thought of adding! The employees are very sweet and knowledgeable, which I appreciate. I came here with a bunch of friends during a lull, and we still had to wait almost 10 minutes for our drinks, soo maybe not the best option if you're in a rush. But I believe it's worth the wait. Although the smoothies are too pricey for me to become a constant regular, I was honestly inspired to up my smoothie game and stock up on a few more smoothie essentials. And for that, I'm grateful! Still, the downtown location is convenient to visit in between all the Tex mex, alcohol, and carbs I consume whenever I'm in Austin, and here they prove that smoothies can be fresh, healthy, and delicious. read more

They informed me that they had already closed the registers eregisters even though it was 21 minutes early and if I couldn't pay with a card I was unable to eat there. I asked if there's anything that could be done ? creativity was not his strong suit nor was problem solving because Asking to tender the sale with cash was too much for anybody To resolve.
