Came to park slope meet some friends on Easter Sunday. After having great chat, we all decided to eat something really good and healthy. We found this place called juice press. Nice decor healthy options. Great selection of juice and smoothies. I had orange juice with some kale crispy chips. My friends order soups. They don't have any seatings to eat in. So we had take out. Really cool and nice place. I will definitely come back and recommend this place. read more

Ordered the Harvey wallbanger w/ the works that is listed under the coffee and tea, when they made it I realized it was a smoothie, if I wanted a smoothie I would have looked under the smoothie Column. I asked the cashier if I could change it because I wanted coffee and wasn't informed it was a smoothie, he had an attitude and said "sure" but didn't even refund the 2$ difference of the smoothie and the coffee over ice. There's no one else ordering in the store, yet they take their time to remake our drink. Never coming back and it's a shame because I was looking for somewhere new to go every morning after the gym. read more

Don't advertise that you open at 8 am on your front door when 8:30 am rolls around and still the doors are locked. Very poor way to run a business. Hire responsible employees who show up on time. read more

Butternut squash quinoa soup. It sounded good. At 8$ it better be good. Well it is tasteless. The vegetables are all blended down into a strange super thick smoothie like consistency. There is no salt, no pepper. It tastes like it either 1) was made a week ago and reheated or 2) is made using bulk frozen vegetables and that's why it's so blended so you can't identify what was supposed to be in it. This place is always empty and over staffed. It's very over priced. I don't understand why someone would buy old soups for $8 or a premade fridge salad for even more. I wish this was replaced with a real lunch spot. read more

Not even sure if I was being awkward or if the employees are the ones lacking people skills. I had a brief encounter and of the 3 employees behind the counter, no one greeted me or even spoke to me. They just gave me blank stares. The green soup was good but it's not worth a visit if I feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees by walking in here. read more

The smoothie was fine but everything is terribly expensive. Hawa Smoothies one block away is literally half the price and just as fresh.

yes it's a bit pricey, but so is every other juice bar on the planet. once you get your head around the fact that it is not a cheap outing, this is an easy place to love for healthy, flavorful food and drinks. i am addicted to the F&%*ing genius blueberry protein smoothie (with banana, chia, almond milk, date, vanilla and some other good stuff), which could easily be a meal unto itself. i prefer to get it made fresh, but the bottled version does the trick as well. i have tried some of their soups specials as well, which are really good too. the staff in this park slope location are especially nice! read more
