I was tired of resort food and ventured across the street and found this gem! Right away I was greeted by a nice gentleman that shared about their breakfast options that each included fresh fruit, toast, coffee & freshly squeezed orange juice!! The views included the lagoon and dolphins. I ordered a delicious breakfast of Huevos Oaxaqueño and my husband had the Huevos a la cazuela. Both were delightful and full of authentic flavor. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the Cancun Hotel Zone.

Our family really enjoyed dining here during our vacation. We were seated right next to the dolphins, and the little ones had a great view of them the entire time. Both the service and the food were excellent. Near the restrooms, there's also a small display of aquarium animals that you can see without needing to visit the full aquarium. The drinks were also quite good!

Jugo de Limon is a great place to eat. The food is very good and our server, Jose' was excellent!! And you can watch a dolphin show while you eat. We will be going back & bring friends Thank you for having a fabulous & entertaining restaurant right next to the aquarium

Food: I have tuna tostadas so refreshing and young coconut. My 2 tostadas had jicama, avocado, tuna, carrots, lime juice and their special sauce. My family ordered casual seafood soup. Super friendly costumer service, the best part of this restaurant is the closed dolphins view and show. Located in the middle of the aquarium. If you are touring, before ordering asked for the pesos ($) value which varies everywhere you go in Cancun, to avoid misunderstandings.

Jugo de Limon in Cancun was fire! You get a meal and a dolphin show from your table as you have your meal It was awsome!! We came twice to jugo de Limon for breakfast while in Cancun. The staff were very courteous and kind. The restaurant was very clean, as were the bathrooms. Also they were connected to the aquarium where the dolphins were. You can buy tickets to swim with the dolphins. It was so fun!. Must try should you get the chance... Gracias Jugo de Limon!!

Loved stumbling upon this place having lunch here. We had no idea we could see the dolphins while having lunch. We were sat on the little strip that goes over the dolphin tank and we're able to watch them the whole time. And then the aquarium brought out a sea lion too. The food was good. My partner can't stop talking about the shrimp tacos and is craving them all the time.

Breakfast with a view! This place is a great value for the money, for about $13 USD you get Coffee, Orange Juice, toast, fruit, a breakfast entree and a nice view of the dolphin pool below. The food is really good and the service is great, staff welcomes you with a smile and they are ready to get you anything you need. While we were there there was some people getting ready to swim with the dolphins so we got breakfast and a little show. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great spot for breakfast! Awesome views, beneath you can see people swim with dolphins if you are into that. Service was great and I enjoyed the chilaquiles with chicken in red sauce.

Breakfast menu. Package deal is 181 pesos for the meal, fresh juice, fresh fruit, toast and coffee. GREAT deal.

We found this place on our last morning in Cancun, by searching on Yelp for breakfast. We already knew where it was but were a little nervous about the $$$ rating. It isn't *that* expensive. I promise. At least not for breakfast. They have a breakfast deal for $181 pesos (currently about $12) that gets you juice, coffee, fresh fruit, toast, and your breakfast meal of choice. That's actually kind of a great deal! And it doesn't hurt that it was also one of the best meals we had during our entire vacation! I got the chilaquiles (best description is breakfast nachos) and also sampled several of my friends' food choices as well. It was all delicious! The restaurant looks out over the dolphin tank of the aquarium where you can see them swimming and jumping and people swimming with them. You can also see in to a shark tank on the way to the bathroom. AND free WiFi. The whole experience was wonderful! Highly recommended, especially if your hotel isn't all-inclusive. Even if it is....still recommended.

The grilled fish was delicious, so good that I got it twice. German, our waiter, was very hospitable and friendly and had great dinner recommendations. The food was delicious, everything we eat was so tasty, and we had such a good time that we returned for a second night! I will say, right off the bat, this place is loud if you're hear during peak meal time. While the mariachi band was a nice added touch, it only exacerbated the already loud dining experience. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic meal, this isn't the place for you. But if you're ok speaking up a bit throughout the meal, do not pass on this restaurant. I opted to try things that I wouldn't easily find at a restaurant, even in Los Angeles where I live. That meant I tried an aztec corn soup for my appetizer (it tasted like liquid corn bread and I say that as a compliment) and then for my main I tried a Molcajete Mixto. It was absolutely amazing. The best way I could explain it is a Mexican bibimbap. Each of the 3 types of meats were grilled perfectly, the special cheese was mild, but had a really great texture to it. The bits of cactus were cooked to perfection where they were soft, but with just the right amount of bite to it. I gobbled that dish up so quickly and considered asking if I could have another one. If I wasn't already stuffed I absolutely would have. It was probably the single best dish I had the entire week I was in Cancun. I've now made it my quest to find somewhere near me where I can get something even remotely comparable. I also appreciate that they had 'kid cocktails.' All 3 of my boys felt so adult sipping on their special mocktails. Our wait staff was a tad out of sorts, they would often say they were going to grab something for us (i.e. a high chair) and then completely dissapear. In the case of the high chair we just ended up finding one ourselves. But I think this issue stemmed from them just being so busy and slightly overstaffed. When they were with us, they were nothing short of fantastic. Honestly, if I ever return to Cancun, I will absolutely be returning here. It was that good. It makes getting the all inclusive package worthwhile. I will, however, avoid going on mariachi night.

All-in-all it was worth the inconvenience. Very eclectic menu, warm atmosphere and outstanding service. I started withe the Mango-Tamarind: Lettuce, Indian walnut, mango, blueberries, Cotija cheese, mango-habanero dressing and tamarind billet. Unique and tasty. "Swiss Chicken Enchiladas" for the main course was not what you get at a local Mexican joint -- Four tortillas stuffed with chicken, bathed in a creamy tomatillo sauce with melted cheese and a base of refried black beans. This was a 5-star dish! I couldn't resist ordering a side dish though I didn't need to because the enchiladas were really enough, so I indulged myself with fries: these were not your run of the mill French fries. Porfirio's Potatoes -- French fries with chipotle pepper aioli, parmesan cheese and parsley. Finally, if you like ice cream I highly recommend that you order BOTH offerings: 1) "ICE CREAM TASTING" - Strawberry ice cream, chocolate ice cream from Metate, marzipan ice cream and vanilla from Papantla. Served with grated coconut, chocolate grain, M&M's, Oreo cookies and ice cream cones; and, 2) "PORFIRIO'S MOLECULAR ICE CREAM" - served with cajeta Worcestershire sauce in an ice cream cone. I took some notes and this is what I thought of the dishes. Xoajacan Imoladas - The mole is perfection. The flautas, superb. I dream of Marrow everyday. This is a 10/10 Yellow fin Tosatadas - Superb!!! One of the best tostadas I have ever had. The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned. This dish is heaven sent with a 9.8/10 Grilled Octopus - Grilled perfectly, I can tell by the texture. The mash is superb, they used margarine instead of butter and I absolutely love the contrast from the traditional mash. 9.8/10 Mexican Rice - Its pretty good. It does have a nice seafoodish finish. The pepper was actually spicy. Nice and pleasant rice dish. 8/10 Charred Avocado Salad - Grilled avocado is a bit of a wash. It did make it look good on the plate. The dressing is a little weak. Needs a little more zip, some citrus or vinegar would give this salad some justice. Its a little uninspired 7/10 Service is impeccable and attentive and the atmosphere is lovely.
