My…read moresalesperson David was helpful and easy to work with .This dealer adds on an unreasonable amount of service and admin fees to a sale and the finance manager was condescending ,abrupt, and dismissive. I made a point of requesting a paper title be issued to me. After a period of not receiving a title I called the finance guy. He did not remember me and said he didn't know if a paper title was applied for and basically hung up on me.The fact that they charge so much for admin and they botched a simple title transfer is the epitome of incompetence . This wasted a considerable amount of my time.

Repeat customer, ready to buy a new ski, just needed a trade-in range. Spent a week sending photos,…read moreVIN, and following up, only to be told they won't give any numbers unless I drive 45 minutes in person. Total waste of time. I've purchased here before, so I reached out again to trade in my current jet ski for a new GP SVHO. I made it clear from the start that I was not asking for a final offer or exact pricing--just a ballpark trade-in range to see if the deal made sense before making the trip in. Sidney asked for photos, VIN, and videos, and told me he'd get back to me in a few minutes. I sent everything right away. Then...nothing. I followed up for days. Each time I was told they were "checking" or "working on it." After a week of back-and-forth, I was finally told they don't give any figures over text or email and that I'd have to come in person. If that policy had been stated upfront, I wouldn't have wasted a week providing everything they requested and waiting for an answer that was never going to come. This place could fix a lot by simply being upfront and transparent.

Excellent Shopping, Buying, and Customer Services Experience with Orlando Yamaha and Kawasaki…read more The entire staff of Orlando Yamaha and Kawasaki are AMAZING! I resided in the Savannah/Hilton Head area, and I wasn't having much success in finding the Yamaha FX HO model, color, and price I wanted to pay. I reached out to OYK, and within 5 minutes, they met all three of my requirements. The four-hour drive each way was well worth the significant savings. Once I arrived, it felt like an episode of "Cheers." The staff greeted me by my name. The store was bustling, but the Parts Dept informed me what I would need for my new jet ski. The Parts Dept. didn't try to oversell everything in their department. They ask open-ended questions and suggested what items I required and what items I located that were less expensive. Lorenzo Mora, my sales representative, did a fantastic job of reviewing my Jet Ski and answering all of my questions and concerns. I have been informing all of my family and friends about the great team at Orlando Yamaha and Kawasaki. Thank you again!! Nicholas Patrick Bluffton, South Carolina
