There was a couple waiting to be seated before us - we waited a good 10 minutes before the host ever showed up. When he did, he strolled up with no sense of urgency and give the people before us their menu and pointed to where they could go sit themselves down. He motioned for us to go to a different part of the restaurant and shook my head. When we got to the table he said, " Is there something wrong?". I responded with, " yeah, the lack of urgency on your end". He proceeds to tell me the protocol for sitting people . He starts to raise his voice and I let him know that i get it, i understand how it works and he cuts me off and says, " no you don't, no you don't" turning this into an argument. I asked to speak to a manager and he said, " she's just going to tell you the same thing." This clown didnt know his left from his right. After my mom and I finished our lunch, we walked to our car. He followed us to see what car we got in and then kept staring at us through the window until we left. No wonder wny nobody is ever at the host's station.
