He pressure tested the pool and found the major leak quickly and also found a couple of other components that needed service. The bill was what was quoted and he offered his services for the repair which I accepted. He arrived about a week later after a rain delay and after a little over 5 hours had the repair finished. The aggregate concrete decking repair was perfectly matched even though BJ professed that he wasn't a concrete man!
