I left so happy, so I knew I had to come back! Today my sister and I came in around 6:10 PM (they close at 7), right after I got off work. I felt a little bad for coming in late, but they were so welcoming and kind. They reassured us that it's their job and that they love what they do--which honestly meant a lot. Ruby and Kim did SUCH an amazing job on my acrylic fill and my pedicure, and my sister's nails and toes came out beautiful too! Everything was done with care and attention to detail. There was also a gentleman there (possibly the owner?) who was super friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time. I just moved to this area, and I'm so happy to say I've officially found my go-to salon. I'll definitely be coming back--this is my lifetime nail spot now!

I did not finish until after being there for three hours with only a pedicure because they took that long and I have an infant and they expected me to still wait after I told them we have been here for over three hours. I stated I wanted to keep my natural nail, however well filing my nail was cut down so then I asked just to cut all my nails off because at that point, I was already frustrated. End of story. I paid $100 for basically nothing. I will never come here again. I originally booked a gel x manicure and smoothie pedicure. I did upgrade to the milk and honey pedicure, which was $60 but I should not have paid $100 for basically something I could've done at home. I usually do my own nails or go to a salon and having an infant and has been easier going to a salon but again, I will never be coming back here, even if it's the last salon in the city. Send, they had the nerve to get upset when I said to cut my nails when they had messed up and already had me there for over three hours with an appointment. I am used to being in a salon no more than an hour and a half. I could understand if I was waiting three hours because they were completely booked but when I got there, it was only one lady in the chair, so there was no reason that I should have waited three hours. And by the time I stood up to leave after my pedicure was done. I was told that she could see me for my manicure. Yes, her art is good but service is unsatisfactory.

One service I got today was a #5 pedicure and as it got time for nail polish I asked for regular nail polish. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure got visible upset that I didn't want gel and informed me that there will be an additional charge since he took off the original gel nail polish I had on. The fact that he was visibly irritated because I wanted regular nail polish and then advised a $5 extra charge because I declined gel made the experience unpleasant. It's hard to find a decent nail place around here and I am not sure I will be returning after today's visit. So if anyone has another nail place to recommend, please let me know.

I walked in and immediately was welcomed by the friendly staff! Madi did my pedicure was very friendly and made my experience a whole lot better considering it was my first time getting a pedicure, not to mention she did an excellent job on my toes!!
