They started to purchase other parts for the vehicle which i approved based on their suggestions and recommendations. Bottom line, i drove away with engine light still on and over $4K out of my pocket. A honest business person with Integrity would of said "listen we were not able to locate the problem on your vehicle or we don't have a skilled mechanics onsite to service your vehicle" and allowed me to drive away with paying only the diagnostic fee. Instead they recommended all other fixes to get money from me or simply rip me off knowingly they couldn't fix my vehicle. And the funny thing, they came recommended - go figure. I tried to stay local in support of my community but i guess that was another big mistake.

I am a customer for LIFE with BHM. Steve and Mary and the crew are the real deal. I think Steve…read moreactually has transmission fluid in his veins. He is the very definition of a car guy. And he's a patriot, to boot! Honestly, I have dealt with more than my fair share of auto repair shops and mechanics over may many decades of life. I've had pretty rotten luck with cars - could be the way I drive, I guess. When my wife and I mentioned to a friend we were looking for an honest auto repair shop, they recommended BHM, so we tried. Right away, we could see we were dealing with honest, hard-working people who care about their customers' satisfaction. Some of the repairs Steve and his crew have made on my vehicles over the years are mind-boggling. The one that stands out the most: because I was hauling a LOT of heavy stuff in my Mazda Tribute, one of the wheel wells actually rusted out and the strut broke through. I thought the car was toast. Steve figured out a way to weld it back together good as new. And best of all: all the work they do comes at what I believe to be a reasonable price. They know vehicles, they're dependable, do great work, and don't charge an arm and a leg. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish 5 stars wasn't the limit.

Highly recommend taking your Jeep or Offroad what ever to them. I will be back the 2 1/2 hour drive to get the other side of the frame fixed when it's time. Thank you so much I can't say enough!

(2) Inspection and tire rotation/alignment. Alignment had been locked out of it enough to bend an upper control arm, tie Rod and junk a spindle (none of which had I replaced as of that point; assuming if they were aware of the situation I'd be more than happy to have them take care of it. i was told all good no issue, straight as can be on the digital printout... double checked the run down on the work order i requested and all in 2-3 day time line they actually called me for once to have completed and ready to go for once. needless to say the broken tail light lens cover was the least of my focus.
