Went to Mr. Tire yesterday in Great Bend, Pa. Thank goodness for them. My windshield wiper transmission went while on the highway last Saturday during a rain storm, not good. Got towed to Mr. Tire in southern Pennsylvania and spent all day there waiting to have it fixed so I could get home a 3 hours trip. But they couldn't get it right. The wipers wouldn't work right they would hit each other and flop off the side. They said oh the wiper is stripped you need to go to the dealer to get new wiper arm. Go to Buick dealer and they say the wiper transmission is stripped. OMG!!!. How can one Mothers Day weekend turn into a hassle. I go to Mr. Tire in Great Bend and John and Jeff were GREAT. The Mr.Tire in southern Pennsylvania and my Buick dealer were both wrong. John and Jeff fixed the wiper problem within a hour and all is good again. So Mr. Tire in Great Bend is my new shop for my cars needs. These guys aren't just mechanics they are technicians which makes a difference. Thanks again guys. read more

Very helpful. I was taking a five-hour journey and my engine started smoking about half way through the trip. I was going to tow the car because I was afraid it was unsafe to drive. I called and asked if my car could be towed. John from Mr. Tire sent someone to take a look at it and saved me money on the tow. They spent about 5 hours working on the car and were uncertain about its status, and then let it stay over night so that they could continue to look at it the next day. J even gave me a ride to Tim Horton's while I waited for a ride from a family member. I was very lucky to have broken down close to Mr. Tire and I highly recommend their services. read more

We broke down on route 81 in rural Pennsylvania it was a wheel bearing and we barely went made it to Mr. Tire without a tow. John was fantastic he took care of us had us on our way again within a couple of hours. read more
