They told me the front brakes are fine, but that I needed to replace my REAR brakes, so I payed $350. That did not solve the problem with my car. Then, they said I needed new tires, so I got new tires for other $500. The problem was still there. Last week, I brought my car again, asking them to solve the problem. They said it was the tire rods and something else, for which they charged me $580. Guest what... the f-ing problem still there. I complained about it, they said they did nothing wrong, and quote me other $350 to replace the FRONT brakes. It is basically a scam: two months later, lost $1500 and my car still vibrates while breaking!!! If you want zero accountability, poor customer service, and mediocre mechanics, this is the place for you.

Called…read morefor 2 weeks...ladies who picked up somehow can't check the schedule to give us a set appointment, "just do a walk in at this time", "we're short staffed", "I can't check the schedule let me transfer you...", "just show up" Then the guys at the desk ask for our appointment, meanwhile we don't have a set one because YOUR REPS REFUSE TO GIVE US ONE. 4 Reps told us "WALK IN. WALK IN." (Seriously. Even doctors offices can look at their Scheduling Book & say yes or no, we do/don't have available appointments open, how about this date & time?) The last Rep said "come in 10:00am & see Andrew & Jamal" so here we are, but apparently that's her best guestimate & not a good one either. They can't get to our car for 2.5 hrs, meanwhile we have no other personal days left to lose playing wack a mole on having our car seen, we just waited there & had to approach the desk people of how much longer it will be. We arrived at the time they told us, ended up being the last customers to leave from a filled waiting room of customers. Bottom line: We just wanted a set appointment. How hard can it be to do that for customers that bought 2 new cars & paid $70K+? Even the nail salon can look at their schedule & say "Yes, in 2 weeks on Saturday 11am we can book you."

This place is the reason there are stereotypes about car salesmen. Before we even put the car in…read morepark there was someone standing at the window ready to begin plugging how good of a deal he could get us. Right away we were bombarded with questions and it was relentless. You could tell he was on commission. After an uncomfortable amount of time listening to him talk we were directed to the financing guy who seemed even shadier. He was very cocky about how he could get everyone approved for a loan. We came looking for a specific SUV that was well in our budget but he kept giving the finance companies info on a totally different car that we absolutely didn't want but was of course about $4000 more. Needless to say we were not approved and then just cut loose without so much as a thank you for coming. The service department is just as bad. I had an appointment for an oil change but my car didn't go in until an hour and a half later. Why bother having appointments? After my appointment I opened the hood to put washer fluid in since they couldn't bother to top off fluids and I noticed my oil cap was missing. I went back and spoke with the service manager who confronted the mechanic. The mechanic argued that he put the cap on and got visibly annoyed with me. The service manager was nice enough to get me a new oil cap and came out with me to put it on. We discovered the old one lodged in the hood liner above the dent in my PCM it made from him shutting the hood on it. Aside from that one service manager, nobody in that place knows how to listen. I will never set foot on that lot again.

I called in desperation Dan Sheard the owner of Rustys garage and he told me if I could be at his shop at 730am he would take a look at it. He worked on getting them out for over 30 minutes. Finally he was able to replace it with the new one. Dan not only stopped all he has going on, but he took the time to make sure it was completely safe before he would let me leave. Dan & Suellen Sheard are 2 of the kindest, most generous people i know. I cant explain how I feel right now. Thank You Dan. Your the best.
