Our water heater had developed a small leak (from rusting over its 11 years of life) and we knew it was only a matter of time before it was going to burst. We called JRC and Ron had us send him a couple of photos. He immediately diagnosed the issue and suggested a replacement tank. Next day service and he was in and out in just a couple of hours. His work was impeccable. Besides the heater itself, Ron installed a new stand, earthquake straps, and new supply lines (water and gas). JRC only works with water heaters. Ron is truly an expert. I thought about doing this myself but with varying dimensions of the old vs new water heater, I knew I would probably end up having to modify the length of the gas and supply lines and exhaust vent.
