He was available to come review the installation requirements within 48 hours, and provided a clear summary of work required and the reasoning behind it. His price was also fair, and the install date was within 1 week of quote. The day of the install Pablo came with his employee Eric. They were courteous and worked extremely hard (not easy going under the house and into the attic crawl space when the temperatures are in the 90's!!). Pablo custom my exhaust duct right from his car. A perfect custom job in a clutch. He's saved my project. I had some design flaw where there was not enough space clearance to fit the exhaust duct to the pre- existing vent. My new kitchen island cabinets were are installed so it would be disaster to redesign and redo the cabinets. Pablo mmde custom piece of exhaust straight out of his Van and made it work for me. It was time to replace my very old gas furnace and with heat waves becoming normal I wanted a heat pump with AC.
