Prime Air has been absolutely outstanding in all aspects. I have used them for years for routine maintenance as well as having a heat pump replaced. Matt is easy to work with and very up front and fair with pricing. They are always on time, do exceptional work, and explain all of the options and processes to me in a way that is clear and concise. I am a member of their Air Club Membership where I pay a low monthly fee and they come twice a year to service my furnace and AC; furnace in the Fall and AC in the Spring. It saves money vs what regular service would cost and guarantees that servicing my system is never forgotten. It also includes a discount in the event I need any additional products or work done. I also love how much they care about their clients. I had my AC systems serviced earlier this week and Carlos did a great job. He was early (and he called first to make sure it was ok if he was early), thorough, and so nice and easy to talk to. We had Prime Air install A/C and move the furnace to the attic in our house and we could not be more happy. After last years three consecutive days of temperatures reaching 107 degrees, it was time to make the investment. The estimate was a fair price and they came highly recommended from a friend of mine.
