I decided to hire a professional assembler again and opted to try a different company this time for comparison. [Quote and scheduling]: Assembly Masters do not list pricing information on their website. Customers must request a quote via the "GET A FREE QUOTE HERE" button on the website or by calling their contact number. I submitted my request online and received an initial quote of $119.00 (flat rate with no tax) for one cabinet. However, I clarified that my initial job request was assembling two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets and the representative apologized for the typo. Unlike few other assembly companies, Assembly Masters require (1) customers to provide their full address and phone number for order confirmation and (2) provide credit card information to secure the appointment. I later called their number where I spoke with Todd who was very friendly. He finalized my appointment and processed my credit payment payment over the phone. [Service terms and conditions]: Here are some key service terms and conditions to be aware of - * FREE street / validated or paid parking by customer; parking to be provided for Assembler * All boxes to be located in the desired area for assembly prior to arrival * Attaching Items to the wall is an optional service - added charge may apply * Moving items to another room after Assembly is not included * Empty boxes and debris are stacked neatly for disposal by customer * Assemblers do not haul trash/ boxes away after service is complete * Assemblers are NOT required to move existing furniture/ Items * Pictures/ Video of assembly are taken by Assembler for verification [Process]: The technician Alvaro arrived within 24 hours of my booking and within the 3-hour scheduled time window. He was friendly and well-prepared with his tools. Alvaro was able to complete the assembly of both IKEA BRIMNES cabinets in just over an hour. [Conclusion]: Assembly Masters provided a reasonable quote and completed the job efficiently. However, few areas could use improvement including (1) allowing customers to pay in cash or by credit card in person before the job begins rather than requiring payment over the phone, (2) listing clear service prices (or price range) on the website instead of requiring customers to request a quote, and (3) offering to haul away empty boxes instead of leaving them to the customer. Personally these are relatively minor issues, but another furniture assembly company I recently worked with managed to accomplish all three of these areas in addition to completing the assembly job. If these points are not dealbreakers, Assembly Masters is still a solid choice for anyone looking to save time assembling IKEA furniture.

I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. The first visit cost $1,133 and covered the initial setup and repairs to both my front and back yard sprinkler systems. They did a good job and I was happy with the results. I brought them back a second time for $1,716 to handle wiring, fix some broken sprinkler components in the front yard, and extend the system to cover additional areas. The wiring of both the front and back systems was done perfectly, and I appreciated that part of the work. That said, if you have fruit trees or citrus in your yard, be aware that they do not have the expertise to handle specialized watering needs for those plants. The sprinklers near my fruit trees were set up incorrectly, and a professional arborist I later consulted told me the configuration would overwater the trees. I called OC Sprinkler Doctor to come back and fix the issue, but they never returned my call. Now I am in a position where I will need to hire a professional arborist who also can do landscaping to come back and fix the sprinkler system again, likely at a cost of $3,000 or more, when I am able to afford it. They are reasonably priced and capable of handling standard sprinkler lawn work, but the lack of specialized knowledge around vegetables, fruit trees and citrus trees, combined with the complete silence when I tried to get the issue resolved, may end up costing me far more in the end.

When something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I found Jorge through Yelp leads for TV mounting services. When I reached out to book, he responded promptly, and we confirmed the appointment over the phone. I sent him my address via text for final confirmation, and though I wanted my TV mounted quickly, his first available slot was on Tuesday, a few days away. Despite the wait, I remained optimistic as he appeared promising and confident. A day before the scheduled appointment, I messaged Jorge several times but received no response. Concerned, I tried calling both the number I had texted with and the one listed on Yelp. Eventually, he answered the Yelp number and explained that there was an issue with his phone, but assured me that he had received my messages and confirmed the appointment for 8 AM the following day. However, when the next morning arrived, Jorge was a complete NO SHOW. There was NO TEXT, NO CALL, NOTHING! I was livid. Disappointingly, he didn't reach out or apologize for missing the appointment even till this day, which is Wednesday. Interestingly (and sadly not surprising), I found that he had received a few reviews on Yelp from other customers who had experienced the same no-show situation. It seemed like this was a pattern for him whenever it suited his convenience. While I understand that unexpected things can happen, I believe it's essential for a service provider to inform their customers if they can't make it instead of leaving them waiting for hours. Apologizing and showing basic courtesy is not too much to expect. In the end, I am grateful that I didn't proceed with his service because it is evident that his lack of respect for others' time would likely result in a subpar job, and my 85-inch TV might have torn down my walls. read more

Hello future Customer George here with JR Mounting so due to Yelp algorithms it takes off completely legitimate reviews my business currently has 29 5 star reviews and it is only displaying 25. I have gotten in contact with Yelp about this issue but they have not been able to help say it's all in their software and out of their control. This is something that's been an issue for not only my business but many others.
