I hired JR Mounting to hang up a new Samsung frame tv and wanted the wires run behind the wall. I went with Jorge because he responded quickly, had great reviews, gave a competitive quote and was available the soonest. He worked fast and did an excellent job. While we had a bit of an issue with the wires being run behind the tv, it was all sorted to my satisfaction and Jorge was gracious and fair when figuring out this problem. I definitely recommend Jorge for your tv or general mourning projects. I will definitely rely on JR Mounting with my next TV or even big mirrors or frames.

Jorge moved our old 48" to a new location and created a new socket behind it for a clean look.

Wanted to have our new 65" installed to replace a 48", and move the 48" to a new location with hidden electrical, and Jorge did a great job for us. Once we started talking about the new location, i realized it's not going to look clean with just the standard "extension behind the wall". Jorge gave us options and he came back to extend an existing socket to behind the TV for a clean look. We were very happy with the results!

Jorge is fantastic! I called him in early December to put up my Christmas lights. The price he quotes included put up and taking down the lights and lawn decorations. He assembled the lawn decos and places them back into their respective boxes when taking down. He's very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I reached out to a bunch of AV installers and handy man to have 4 in-ceiling speakers intalled. The home is pre wired and simply needed someone to find the wires and cut the drywall in the ceiling. But I was nervous about having some stranger in my home but I wanted this done. Jorge reached out to me the next day and quoted me a fair price that was I the middle of the pack for pricing but Jorge said he could do it that day if I had time and even offered to stop by to look at what needs to be done before actually doing the job. He stopped by at the agreed time, looked at it and we agreed to the job. The install went smoothly and by the end of the night, I had 4 speakers in the ceiling and a new friend. I reached out to George literally 9AM on the DAY I needed someone to mount my TV hours before my party. This guy answered the phone, told me he was able to arrive by lunch. I didn't even have a TV mount ready and he told me he'd be able to bring it. AMAZING. He gave me key advice since our plan is to upgrade the tv in a couple of weeks, and knew just how high above the fireplace the tv should go. Kept his workspace clean, gave good advice on table management, and was overall organized and amazing. Will cal him for any lore further installations for sure!! read more

It has been a week now and he is not returning our calls to set up a time to finish the installation. I am stuck with a brand new TV that is not connected to my soundbar or satellite box. When something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I found Jorge through Yelp leads for TV mounting services. When I reached out to book, he responded promptly, and we confirmed the appointment over the phone. I sent him my address via text for final confirmation, and though I wanted my TV mounted quickly, his first available slot was on Tuesday, a few days away. Despite the wait, I remained optimistic as he appeared promising and confident. A day before the scheduled appointment, I messaged Jorge several times but received no response. Concerned, I tried calling both the number I had texted with and the one listed on Yelp. Eventually, he answered the Yelp number and explained that there was an issue with his phone, but assured me that he had received my messages and confirmed the appointment for 8 AM the following day. However, when the next morning arrived, Jorge was a complete NO SHOW. There was NO TEXT, NO CALL, NOTHING! I was livid. Disappointingly, he didn't reach out or apologize for missing the appointment even till this day, which is Wednesday. Interestingly (and sadly not surprising), I found that he had received a few reviews on Yelp from other customers who had experienced the same no-show situation. While I understand that unexpected things can happen, I believe it's essential for a service provider to inform their customers if they can't make it instead of leaving them waiting for hours. Apologizing and showing basic courtesy is not too much to expect. Hello future Customer George here with JR Mounting so due to Yelp algorithms it takes off completely legitimate reviews my business currently has 29 5 star reviews and it is only displaying 25. I have gotten in contact with Yelp about this issue but they have not been able to help say it's all in their software and out of their control. This is something that's been an issue for not only my business but many others. George was great! My first time ever calling him and I got answers right away as well as best/most reasonable price I could find. He came down same day to mount my tv and also put up my shelf.
