The helpful fellow there suggested that I try Central Fan on Rt 16 right around the corner. I've passed that sign many times but never noticed it. Another helpful fellow at Central fan took apart the old fan motor assembly and reassembled it with the new motor and blower wheel. I really appreciate being able to get these parts locally as I was able to replace the fan motor assembly same day and not wait days for the item to be shipped.

A direct quote in response to repeat billing for multiple service calls on the same issue: "it's your equipment, not mine. Why should I pay for troubleshooting."... this was equipment purchased directly through them. Pay for professionalism- go somewhere else. There's no way these guys will last.
