JP came out today to install a dishwasher we purchased from RC Willy. Turned out that dishwasher didn't fit in our space, but he leveled out our old dishwasher and it works perfectly, all for no charge. He was also a very nice and knowledgeable guy. I know who to call if I need appliance work done in the future. read more

Two years ago, Russ from JP Appliances installed our new dishwasher that we purchased from RC Willey. He is a very knowledgeable and helpful technician. Over time the door started to rub against the cabinet and so it needed to be adjusted. I called RCW and this was not covered by our extended warranty. My RC willey salesman contacted JP about making the adjustment. JP scheduled the appointment for a few days out and made the fix at no charge - even though we were 1 year past our one year warranty with them. JP Appliance knows what excellent service is and they are a great company. read more

Alex is awesome. Ordered my dishwasher from RC Willey and they organized JP appliance to come out. Alex called 25 minutes before arriving, he was extremely personable and worked quickly. Alex was respectful of my home and explained my new dishwasher to me. He knows his job and does it extremely well. If you get the chance, hire Alex! read more

We recently purchased two new kitchen appliances. The dishwasher was immediately available .... However, due to supply chain issues, the refrigerator may take 6 to 7 months to arrive. Anyway, Alex from JP Appliances did the dishwasher installation - He was fantastic. Alex gave us a heads-up phone call, arrived on time, and conducted himself in a respectful / professional manner. He did the job quickly and efficiently. Our old appliance was removed and hauled away. I recommend this company and Alex read more

Honest, Quality, Professional, Detailed Oriented. Great to work with, on time and service tech knows this business very well.

JP Appliances was contracted to install our over-the-range microwave, and a dishwasher we purchased from RC Willey. Our first microwave had been damaged at some point in the manufacturers box, so JP Appliance installed the original, and the replacement, and then the backordered dishwasher roughly a month later - so 3 separate visits to our home. I have nothing but fabulous things to say about all of my interactions with them. Not only were both the installers I dealt with extremely nice, and professional, they always arrived exactly when they said they would. Communication with the company was excellent, in fact, they contacted me about an issue with the shipping for the dishwasher before RC Willey even did, and by the time our sales person contacted me to schedule the install, JP Appliances were already on their way, having emailed me to schedule it themselves. Overall an incredibly positive experience, and I would hire them again even outside of RC Willey. Highly, highly recommend. read more

I'm glad I kept their business card after 7 years. Alex came to install my new Kitchen Exhaust Hood in my next home. I was very pleased with the service, he was friendly and efficient. Good work!!!! read more

We had an exceptional installation experience with a JP installer. It was contracted by RC Willey. We had some structura challenges during installation, and the tech person solved all the issues. Thank you so much. (1/12/2023) read more

As a result of a handyman not being able to install my new microwave, I went back to Lowe's to pay for a contractor to install it. The subcontractor was JP Appliances. A two hour window appointment was made. The tech called me an hour or so prior to my appointments window, to see if I was available. The early arrival was perfect for my schedule. The install date was May 9th, 2017. A very tall dark hair and bearded guy arrived, early as planned. He wore a JP Appliances uniform; he was not only professionally dressed he was extremely polite, identified himself and began the work. Because of the layout of the screw/bolt holes , the tech explained the two options; I told him to do whatever was best for the integrity and security of the microwave. The work was completed in less than an hour. The tech tested the unit to insure it worked, which it did. He cleaned up his mess and removed the old microwave. I will use this company in the future when I replace the stove and oven. Great experience. read more

Bottom line, up front: I'd hire JP Appliance again without hesitation. Like many other reviewers, we purchased a new appliance from a large, full-service retail store and paid for installation at the time of purchase.  Dan from JP Appliance arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed our situation.  He thoroughly explained our installation options, including the pros and cons of each.  Thanks to Dan, my family is now enjoying our new convection microwave oven. read more

JP Appliance Installations provides _excellent_ customer service. We bought a double oven from Lowe's at a great price and we wanted a highly rated installer. We heard about JP Appliance from a person at RC Willey. I called and talked with Justin and then with Anna to schedule on-site cabinet measurements (by David), and installation (by Roman). Every step with every person at JP Appliance was flawless. =) My wife and I would rate higher than five stars if allowed. We will have only JP Appliance install future our appliances (and remove old ones) as we replace old ones. read more

A-1 as good as it gets! Garrett who installed my dishwasher and Sherry who called for scheduling are both personable, knowledgeable and professional. They were the only bright spot to the "circus" called RC Willey in obtaining a dishwasher! read more

JP Appliance was a joy to deal with after buying a dishwasher from RC Willy! The service guy was professional, happy to answer questions and even gave me a couple tips on other plumbing things. Would be happy to refer this company to any one!!! read more

I bought my built-in microwave and oven from RC Willey and Mike from JP Appliances replaced and installed my new appliances. He was really accommodating by having me last as a customer as I have to work the day of delivery and installation. As a customer, I really appreciate that. He was very detailed-oriented, excellent attention-to-details and clean thoroughly the immediate work environment. However, he did charge me an extra $75 to cut an inch off of my wooden cabinet board. Overall, I was very satisfied with his work. read more

We had a great experience with JP. Had a microwave installed: contracted through a chain hardware store. They called right away, scheduled a 2-hour window. Worker arrived on time, knew the process well. Had the right tools. He was friendly and FAST! Easy to talk to and clean. No blaring radio. Professional and courteous. Cleaned up and tested the oven. Couldn't be happier. read more

I need a dishwasher to be install, the tech showed up and install everything very quickly. Thank you

JP Appliances is horrible. They didn't securely fasten the cooktop to the counter and therefore the cooktop slid around. In addition, the cooktop was bowed in the front leaving an 1/8 inch gap between the cooktop and counter. I complained to RC Willey who sent JP Appliance back. JP Appliance stated there was nothing they could do to prevent the cooktop from sliding around as the opening was too large and this was also the reason for the bow. However, the bow isn't caused by the opening as the bow in the metal is upward. In addition, two blocks of wood fastened to the cabinet would have helped to secure the cooktop. Unfortunately, JP Appliance didn't offer any suggestions. We also bought a hood range. We initially scheduled a date to install the hood. However, we later told RC Willey to hold off installation. RC Willey stated they had contacted JP Appliance to inform them of the cancellation. However, JP Appliances showed up anyway. JP Appliances told us that we were supposed to contact them about the rescheduling. Unfortunately, I was not home and they proceeded to install the hood anyways. My wife called me and I told them to remove it. They took the range hood with them and I still haven't received confirmation they have returned the hood to RC Willey. This has been over a month. I will never buy appliances from RC Willey again as they use JP Appliances for installation and will never, never use JP Appliances for any installation. read more

We bought our washed and dryer and RC Willey. Had Russ and Mike come and help us install our new appliances. They were professional and finished everything in a timely manner. Russ gave good advice on how to maintain our new appliances. I would hire them again. read more

Ordered a new dishwasher at RC Willey. JP Appliance was scheduled for the installation. Garret from JP was prompt, polite, and very professional. He used a protective skid pad on my laminate floor and took the extra time to run my water line in a safer location. He treated my home and the installation as his own. I am very impressed with JP Appliance and recommend them for all of your appliance installation needs. read more

There was a little mix up between JP and RC Willey that delayed the start time but once on the job Russ worked late into the evening and did an excellent job installing the kitchen suite. He had to make several modifications to make things fit and the install looks great. Russ was very professional, polite and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Russ to any of my friends or family. read more

Not only do they not show up on time but do not even bother to call and inform if they will not be able to make it. We were scheduled to have the new cooktop that we purchased through RC Willey. Neither RC Willey nor these guyz bothered to inform. Poor service guyz try someone else read more

Russ from JP came out to do the installation work and did a great job. My granite countertop was a bit too large for the stove top so he cut out/trimmed the granite edges a little to make the stove top fit and that turned out fine. In addition to the flawless installation, Russ also gave me some very useful information, tips, and suggestions. I highly recommend JP to do your installation work. read more

JP Appliance delivered my brand new dishwasher. Garrett was unable to install in the space so he said it would show a gap. I said ok. When he left I noticed the dishwasher was crooked by 1/2 from right to left and the door hangs up on the wall. Not a good install. Then when I called and left message did not get a call back. Then when I called again the woman who answered the phone got mad at me for being upset with the POOR INSTALLATION of my brand new dishwasher. Would not ever use this company again! read more
