The staff with little regret reported that they already started washing their espresso machine, so they could only do some ice coffee, lemonades, etc. With espresso-based beverages being main attraction of a coffee shop (otherwise people could go to 7 Eleven), having it shut in advance of closing is quite unexpected and illustrates lack of interest towards customer care excellence. Could you imagine Starbucks shop starting washing their machines in advance of closing? That's a recipe for going out of business. So they don't. They called to coordinate the order in the morning and delivered on point. The shop is run by a husband/wife duo. Now let me tell you, if you are coming to this location during any sort of peak traffic time, I would assume the line is going to be wrapped around the building because this location seemingly does not enjoy any downtime. Both lanes were full all the way through the parking lot and spilling into the CVS parking lot next-door. While we didn't quite realize that you could walk up and order after parking until after we had gotten in line, I would definitely recommend that option for anybody who has the time and the ability to do it. And while the line did move somewhat decently, it still took us about 15 minutes start to finish to get in line, place our order and pick it up and pull out of the parking lot. But that being said, everybody in the car enjoyed their drinks. Which surprisingly, did not feature coffee. Everybody either ordered one of their energy drinks or sugar-free drinks. So there it is. Seven brew is a nice alternative to your local sonic and smoothie king, which are both up the street.
