I always give employees grace because they showed up for work, however there is something called being professional and providing half way decent customer service. I stopped in to grab the new blueberry lemonade smoothie. So, I saw the sign saying free upgrade on Fridays. I asked the employee were they still honoring that and he said "well is today Friday?" I had to pause for a minute bc I didn't know if he was being slick mouth or honestly didn't know. So, I just answered yes today is Friday and he replied, yes we are still doing the upgrades and it should come off automatically. Well after placing my order he added the upgrade and when he tried to scan my rewards barcode it took forever to populate. He stated that the system was moving slow and did I want to cancel the order and retry it. I stated that "idk it's up to you" he waited a few minutes then tried it again. All the while the one other employee was washing the blenders with an attitude and slinging stuff everywhere. Mind you there were only 4 people in the store and two of them were waiting on their orders. After he scanned my rewards, I asked him did it take my $3 off he said idk let me look. As he is checking the employee with the attitude tells him "you have someone else behind her". I was very shocked and ticked off bc he can clearly see another customer behind me , what did she want him to do?? Stop helping me to help the other guy. What she could have done was opened the other register to help him if she wanted to rush. I kindly told him to cancel my whole order bc I have never seen such rude behavior before , they acted like they had a store full of customers. As stated 4 people and that 4 included me. Worst service ever !!! Mind you I was only visiting in this area, so trust and believe I will not be back. Just nasty people.

First of all, my in-laws were in town and we were headed out for a day of touring the city of Savannah. Before we left, they wanted to get something specifically from seven brew because my stepfather in law is a diabetic and specifically frequent seven brews back in Kansas City because they serve sugar-free drinks. Go figure. For someone who doesn't have to observe that type of dietary restriction, but who does have friends and family who are diabetic, that felt like a fact I needed to know. So I could totally appreciate his need to specifically go here. And so we headed over on a Saturday morning. Now let me tell you, if you are coming to this location during any sort of peak traffic time, I would assume the line is going to be wrapped around the building because this location seemingly does not enjoy any downtime. Both lanes were full all the way through the parking lot and spilling into the CVS parking lot next-door. While we didn't quite realize that you could walk up and order after parking until after we had gotten in line, I would definitely recommend that option for anybody who has the time and the ability to do it. And while the line did move somewhat decently, it still took us about 15 minutes start to finish to get in line, place our order and pick it up and pull out of the parking lot. But that being said, everybody in the car enjoyed their drinks. Which surprisingly, did not feature coffee. Everybody either ordered one of their energy drinks or sugar-free drinks. So there it is. Seven brew is a nice alternative to your local sonic and smoothie king, which are both up the street. If finding alternative coffee drinks at a coffee spot alongside of sugar-free drinks is your thing, I would definitely recommend them!

At which point they got up and left. The waitress seemed to feel bad about that, but when the manager came over to investigate, he simply took it in stride and then started to clean the table off for the next group. My friend and I had to wonder who would come into such a bustling and packed restaurant and think that they were going to get served especially fast. Another thing about we noticed about the manager is that he seemed very much hands-on and all over the place in the restaurant. He was very friendly when we looked at the check-in device and wondered what we were doing ~ he made jokes that made us feel less Luddite like. He bussed tables and sat people, and checked on things, and generally looked like the kind of manager of that Gordon Ramsay would appreciate. The menu has something for everybody! And some very exciting options that we have to go back and experience. Lots of add-ons for everything, a huge variety of choices. My sister-in-law had recommended the avocado toast, and I was tempted. I was also tempted by the biscuit and gravy and the eggs Benedict, which are hard for me to resist at brunch. but I reasonably only ordered one meal for me. It's been a long review, but I have to say the meal really was that good and the whole experience was very enjoyable.
