How has this Starbucks been so consistently terrible for the past 2 years we've lived here?? How? Every drink I ever get seems to have no flavorings that I ask/pay for! I've been on the go and had to message within the app later for incorrect orders or $8 drinks that are nothing but warm milk or burned espresso. When they respond they tell me it's best to take the drink in to be remade and when I have the time, I do! This Is a very average Starbucks location. I have been going to this spot for years now ordering the same drink and every single time it's a hit or miss. Either my latte is on point or it's trash . I was visiting the area with my kid, and we put in a mobile order to get our usual Starbucks order. Despite having several people behind the counter and having ordered about 5 min before getting to the location, it took over 35 minutes to get our order once we got to the shop. It was a busy Sunday morning, but the scene behind the counter just felt very harried and disorganized, not typical of even the busiest Starbucks I've seen. Several customers were upset about their orders not being ready. Once we got our items, they were good as expected. The shop itself is nice, clean, and spacious and comfortable to sit and chat. It was also a very diverse crowd so we did not feel out of place. Would be great if they could sort out their service issues. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks drive thru I've ever been to. A lot of times I order stuff through the mobile app to save time then arrive to find out that they ran out of an item I ordered. They usually make my coffee right the first time and if they don't, they fix it without a problem. I would say that everyone that they employ at this location is nice and friendly though. It's a decent little place and they have a drive thru!!... The staff is SUPER friendly. MANY of them greeted me when I came in. I wasn't expecting much since as I write this they had a 2.5/5 star rating. It was super busy but they flew through the line. I did end up going in because the drive thru looked long. They don't have stevia so that was kind of a bummer but they were so nice. The ONLY reason for the 4 is that the floors and store looked a little dirty. I posted pictures of the floor. They even had a sweet drive going on for the community but that box even had coffee spilled on it. When I first walked up to the Starbucks there were two bags of trash in sitting outside but it must have just been for a second because the next time I looked it was gone. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor seating and a small selection of tumblers and mugs. It's across from the courtyard by Marriott and next door to a Tijuana flats. Overall great place! read more

The service at this location is terribly subpar. Stayed in line for approximately 25 minutes. When I approached the intercom to order my food, I sat for nearly 3 minutes and no one said anything. I pulled around to the window to order my food & the employee seemed irritated-- I understand having bad days, but a simple "thank you for choosing Starbucks, one moment" would've sufficed. Ordered a caramel macchiato and it was absolutely disgusting. I decided that I couldn't drink it so I took it back inside in order to have it re-made. The person ringing me out had no issue getting it re-made except for the barista who made the drink. Instead of apologizing and or not saying anything at all, he decided to tell me "if you wanted it sweeter, you should've ordered double shots". I've been iced getting caramel macchiatos for years and never had to order double of anything. Pretty Starbucks located in Pooler Georgia. It's big and the drive-thru is even bigger. Came here to get a quick coffee but it was anything but quick. The line for the drive thru was insane. They need to hire more or put another window to make this work because these poor people are busy! Chose to go inside which was a lot quieter. Everyone inside was polite and kind. Got my order in quick and now just waiting. They had ran out of cold brew as well which I was sad about. This Starbucks needs to up its game. Inside wasn't that clean either. 3 words come to mind for this particular Starbucks location: Dirty, Slow, and lazy. Dirty: I love the idea of having gender neutral restrooms, however, since everyone will use them you have to keep them extra clean. I stopped at this location around 7-8 AM and the restroom was filthy tissue on the dirty floor, floor needed mopping, just filthy. Slow: Please tell me why there were between 6-8 employees behind the counter, maybe more, and nearly 15 people (or more) waiting in line to be served. Not only that, but there was only 1 cashier helping us at the register, while also helping to make drinks while we wait for her to return. She was awesome by the way, great customer service. Lazy: Remember how I said that there were a lot of employees behind the counter.......some of them were just in the way, not helping anyone get anything accomplished; send them home! I just left (Thursday) and wanted a London fog latte. I was told that they were out of London fog lattes however after order just an earl grey tea, I asked how come I couldn't get a London fog latte. I had to explain to them what it was & it almost seemed like someone was going to try to lie to me but corrected themselves after seeing me at the window. They finally made the London fog latte ( early grey tea, vanilla syrup, milk) but still messed up my hot chocolate. Ordered a grande and the cup isn't even full. I can deal with the fact this location was out of Mocha as we just had a huge winter storm that shut everything down. What I can't deal with are rude employees. I ordered an item that is listed in the website as a regular menu item. Apparently it is not sold in all stores (which would have been nice to know prior to trying to order it). Anyway, when I ordered the item I was given a disgusted look like I had just ordered poop with whipped cream on it or something. The employee then told me they didn't have the item at the location yet as it must be seasonal. I just said, "no it's not listed as seasonal on the site, this is how it's described" and then she said "yeah, we don't have that here..." in a rude tone. Well ok then. I probably wouldn't be so on edge if I hadn't already experienced terrible service at this location along with wait times that are beyond ridiculous. I once sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes... I keep thinking it will be different when I go back, yet it never is! Stopped by this Starbucks while I was waiting for Castrol to open up. I had low expectations based on the other reviews posted but I had a great experience. It was fairly busy and I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes. There were at least 7 staff working behind the counter and the barista who called out my name even reminded me that if I wasn't happy with the coffee to let them know and they would remake. My coffee was great though so that wasn't necessary! I deducted one star because the tables and counter with all the sugars / creamer needed some cleaning. read more

Decided to swing through while shopping today and used the mobile order option seeing as the drive thru is always busy. Well that was definitely a mistake. I ordered and arrived about 5 minutes later; walked inside and waited by the mobile pickup area. As I waited, and waited, I watched 6 customers order and receive their orders, and I still waited. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I finally received my two drinks. During my wait, I observed pure chaos. There was one young woman working mobile orders and it was obvious that she didn't have a care in the world for anything, especially customer service. One lady went to pick up her drink and it said no whipped cream, however, there was whipped cream on it. The employee took a spoon and swiped it off, leaving some in the cup and all over the side. She put a lid on it, swirled it around to mix in the leftover cream and handed it to her. She asked if she could clean the cup a little and the employee pointed to where napkins were. Really!?! When she made my drinks, she had the cups pressed up against her chest while pouring milk and tightened the lid with her forearm. When she handed me my order I said thank you and she remained silent, just like with every other customer that thanked her. I lived in Washington for a few years, so I know I'm spoiled when it comes to Starbucks, but let me tell you, this one wouldn't be in business for more a month or two if they were located out there. I can speak from experience about the Starbucks experience since I am a former partner and Shift Supervisor. I normally give a lot of grace, but not today Satan. Knowing how slow this location can be, I sent through a mobile order app at 8:30 am this morning for a coffee traveler. Arrived at 8:55, only to see a barista and shift supervisor screaming at each other in the front outside seating area. Whoa! Walk in and they are 45 tickets deep, one working the ovens/front register, one on bar, and one covering drive thru. My coffee order hadn't even been started or even acknowledged. Apparently a barista had walked out and wanted everybody to know it. Instead of focusing on maintaining morning rush, the remaining baristas all decided to have a kumbaiyah fest and all hug each other/cry. Never mind the 30 plus people glaring at them for drinks. Never mind the lack of consistently in maintaining operational flow. Business stopped so they could have therapy. Seriously? Two separate customers told me this is the second day in a row this has happened. Management needs to pull It together and the hugging/group therapy/huddle needs to happen after morning rush.
