Her name is Carrie Morin, and I would advise to not use her for cakes. First of all, the cake I ordered is on your left, minus the top tier. I sent her a photo and asked if she would be able to make this cake, if not no worries and I will find another place. She stated it would be no problem. Well, the cake I picked up Dec 19th is the cake on your right. I was in complete shock and didn't know what to say. I was by myself. I left and called my mother in a panic and just sobbing because the cake she gave me was an embarrassment to put on a display at a wedding. My Mom said try Publix. God Bless the young lady at Publix because I was in complete breakdown mode the wedding was the next day and I didn't know what to do. They were fully booked for the next day, and I just started to sob more. She left and told me to wait there. The young girl came back and said Ma'am, we will be able to make you cake, what time do you need it. I was so relieved, and I just hugged her and cried. So, I went back to the reception hall with the awful cake, and everyone was in disbelief because it was not even close to what I ordered. My sister was like, well, can I taste it to see if it tastes as bad as it looked. Well, it did. Just gross!! We all decided to take a small bite out of curiousity. Anyway, I emailed the lady about the cake because she wasn't answering text. She didn't email me back until the day of the wedding stating just bring it back so I can fix it. Ummmm, no, that cake is unfixable. She kept emailing me to just bring it back. I finally wrote back and said, I will speak with you later, the wedding is in a couple of hours and I am going to enjoy my daughters wedding day.
