ZERO ZERO ZERO!!! I honestly HATE THIS COMPANY!!! What can I say THEY SUCK.... you pay you order and they simply don't deliver...WTF why are schools still using them!!!???? My blood was boiling all weekend and all I got was " someone dropped the ball????" You THINK!!!!! DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THEM. read more

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered a ring online to replace my mother's lost ring, and set up a payment plan. More specifically I signed up for the 4 month repayment plan in May. I was charged for the first payment when I ordered the ring, but I noticed that 2 months later I had not had another payment come out of my account. I emailed and called that to inquire about this and they said that something had to be changed and they redid my payment plan (without telling me). They wanted the entire amount right there and I said no, because I had other bills to pay and I paid the regular monthly payment then asked them to just restart the payment plan that they originally had me on. Two and a half months later they pull out the entire remaining balance. I emailed them to complain and to have them honor our original repayment plan and I received a nasty email back, to the effect of "Not our problem". The nerve of them, I will never do business with this company again. read more

Regarding Jostens...We put my daughters Cap and gown order in on January 27 for her College Grad commencement. The virtual graduation is this Friday May 15th. We have been calling for 3 weeks straight looking for her cap and gown. We hold for a matter of 2 to 3 hours at a time for days on end. When we do get through to Customer Service they tell us each time her order never shipped due to covid 19 but they will call me back with a tracking number. However Covid 19 was not an issue until mid March. We have been promised by 3 separate customer service reps that they would do their due diligence and get back to us..NO calls back!!!! We Called Jenny in corporate who told me she would get an answer for me in 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. When I followed back up with her today she said she is just a receptionist and "noone in corporate has a phone so there is noone else in corporate that I can talk to." Lies after lies. No cap, no gown, no tassel, no hood! How pathetic of a company! I will be fighting this with the attorney general..and better business bureau. They were more than happy to take our money but wont give us what we paid for!!! May 15th will be a sad day with no grad wear. Shame on you Jostens. No excuse!!!!!!! Piano music is all you will get when you call! Worst customer service ever! When you go to their facebook page to voice your concerns they delete your comments. Since the graduates are not walking the stage we wanted professional Pictures...so disappointing...and no refund. I wish I could give it less than one star! read more

Terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong size gown for graduation and then told me I would have to go through my school to fix the problem as the lady on the phone couldn't spell my last name. I spent 45 dollars on a gown I may not be able to return and get the correct size before graduation this summer. Not to mention, took 6 months to ship in the first place. Extremely disappointed. read more

Well, lo and behold, they've screwed up my shipping information like they have with everyone else. and like everyone else, I've received excuse after excuse as to why it's nine days overdue. The customer service is notoriously bad as the reviews say, too. Anyway, if you're having the same issues, just do what I have and report them to the FTC. If screwups, late deliveries or even failures to deliver are as common of a practice as this company, the Federal Trade Commission could investigate. Granted it'd take months, but it'd be nice to have someone riding them to fix the issue. read more

Feeling extremely thankful that Jostens creates such beautiful memorabilia for the high school experience ! The class ring represented -beautifully, my daughters involvement in what she loves ! This timeless keepsake will be treasured forever ! The cap and gown and souvenir tassel are just another special addition! I'm grateful this company creates great memories of great accomplishments ! read more

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Have your school find a different company! This place is an ABSOLUTE nightmare to deal with! Ordered a class necklace with charms inside. They took my money fast, took MONTHS to get it right. One charm was incorrect. Called, was told I was talking to the wrong department and was transferred to someone who picked up the phone and hung it up without saying anything. Resorted to email. Said they would send the right charm. Waited 8 weeks as they said NOTHING arrived. Emailed again. Waited another month and the WRONG charm arrived. Emailed again that I wanted to meet with a local representative in person (they had no problem sending one out to sell their product) and if that didn't happen I would file a court claim. ZERO contact from Jostens. ZERO! About a week later a charm arrived vis UPS Air. No letter, no invoice, no apology NO NOTHING for my months of difficulties with their company. As I said RUN!! read more

When you order your products from them, be AWARE... the have a 14 business day lead time for printing announcements.... In the day and age of electronics, they can't expedite orders, they can't accommodate your timeline and they don't try to help you. I pleaded with them to expedite my order for my daughter's graduation. NO CAN DO... my announcements will arrive 2 days before the graduation.... I have to hand deliver my cards to the invitees, otherwise they will not receive it in time to attend the ceremony... They were not even trying to help, couldn't care less about the timing issue... WORST customer service ever... Please note and if possible, don't order from them I am VERY disappointed, frustrated, and angry. BUT there is nothing I can do... read more

If I could give this a negative rating I would. They have the worst customer service. I have been working with the local supplier for the last two years and it has been the most frustrating experience. I don't know why people are even in business if they don't want to do business. read more

Worst company ever...do not waste your money!! My daughter's high school ring was ordered in Spring of 2018, promised for delivery in Fall of 2019. We paid in full. We finally got her ring early this summer, and that was after multiple emails and complaints. If I had not followed up, we never would have gotten it. PS, the ring was way off size. I will not send it back, because I am afraid we will never see it again. So, will pay privately to have it sized, despite paying extra for the lifetime warranty/sizing. We also never got the keepsake box I paid extra for. I have emailed and called several times, and nothing. This company is a sham, and should not be in business. read more

Like others, I would give the company zero stars if possible. My order of graduation announcements arrived without all the items I had ordered. They were minor items (year and initial envelope seals), but I had paid for them and would only use them with my son's announcements. Customer service said they could ship the missing items in about four business days. By the time I would receive them, we would only be about a week away from graduation. They would not offer expedited shipping, said they could not refund, and were about as generally unhelpful as possible. There was not even an apology for their packing error. I have three more children coming up through school. I will definitely not be ordering anything from Josten's that I can get elsewhere. read more

Ordered my college graduation invitations from Jostens. I've called twice and received the same standard message from customer service, "there in pick and release". They also tell me this is their busiest time of the year and they are swamped. This is their business, outsource or something. They should have a plan B and plan C. If they can't get them done and out in appropriate time, they should tell customers in the beginning to allow us to take our business elsewhere. My next time hunch is to go with VistaPrint. read more

I ordered my class ring from Jostens in January of 2018. I received it about 7 weeks later. The ring is gorgeous and I can't stop looking at it. It is absolutely perfect, Jostens has done some wonderful craftsmanship on this product. I couldn't be happier or any more satisfied. Definitely recommend! read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! I will never order anything else from this company!! I called 2 weeks prior knowing my son was not going to graduate. They told me cap and gown would be refunded as soon as the school rep received the cap and gown back. I waited and waited. No one ever called or emailed me so I called them again. They informed me I was no longer allowed refunding since the return period was timed out....WHAT?? I called Josten's 2 weeks prior to graduation!!! SMH, I stayed on the phone with Customer Service 35 minutes before I was told I would receive a check in a couple weeks.....we will see!!! read more

Sadly, most of us are stuck with this company as we don't get to choose who produces our children's yearbooks or provides caps and gowns for our school. I guess that's why they can continue to provide consistently crappy service! Made the mistake of ordering a Senior sweatshirt that my daughter wanted. Ordered and paid way back in the fall. Just received today after multiple emails and calls trying to figure out why it hadn't been delivered. Great timing Jostens - one day left of school to wear this! A refund instead of 'you'll get it eventually' would have been preferred. read more

I bought a class locket for my daughter about three weeks ago. I was going to do installments but then decided to pay it in full so I could make sure that I would get it for Christmas because that's the only thing other then a couple cheap things for her stocking that I got her. That locket is a lot of money for a single parent so that's all I could get her. Well, I emailed the company to find out how long it would take to ship it and I was told I wouldn't get it until January sometime and that it would be sent to the school instead of the house. Come on, for that price and shipping and handling wouldn't you think that if you wanted it for a Christmas gift that they would make sure to ship it out faster and make sure that the locket would be here for her to open on Christmas morning. This is the only place that I know that takes their old sweet time in sending their product to THEIR CUSTOMERS. If I could get the locket somewheres else I would but unfortunately this is the only place that I know of that engraves. My point is if you want something right away from them which usually other places send it out right away somewheres between 2 days to 2 weeks instead of about 2 months don't buy from these guys or buy it about 6 months in advance to make sure that you actually have it when you want maybe even a year in advance to make sure you have it when you want. This is the worst place to buy stuff from. I have never been this disappointed in a company ever until now. . read more

I trusted Jostens with the college graduation announcements for my son, thinking they were professionals and the best at what they did. Was I ever mistaken! The order took one month to arrive, after repeated calls to customer service. Customer service was unable to give me any information as to where my order was or what the hold up was. When my order finally arrived, the print quality and spacing of the invitation was shoddy. I immediately called Jostens to complain and refused my order. They informed me that they would not refund my money nor would they accept responsibility for their work. After repeated emails back and forth with them, they have offered me a 50 percent refund. I encourage you to avoid Jostens! Use your local printer or order from a reputable online company. DO NOT TRUST JOSTENS with your order! read more

So I never wanted to order anything from this company but my parent insisted so I did. I go to high school in Augusta Georgia. My school ordered our senior items at the end of October. Here it is December 6th and I have not heard a word. NOTHING. So what do I do I go up to there head quarters near me and ask what is the hold up. And let me add that when I ordered my things the women explained that it would be 3-4 weeks for my stuff to come to me. Well I'm sitting at over a month and nothing has been received. Now they tell me that I have to wait another 4-6 weeks for my items because it takes 3-4 weeks for my order to make it to there corporate office and then another 4-6 week for my order to be processed and shipped out. Please never order from this company. The customer service is rude and hateful. They never help or answer phone calls. And when you ask questions that give you lose ended answers. read more

I should have read the Yelp review first! Jostens has been around so long, I didn't worry. Mistake! The announcements took three weeks and counting to arrive. They were double the local price and added $10 shipping, but I wanted quality so I paid more. So far, they have sent 10 spam emails, but no update on my order! Customer service is nonexistent. Never again! read more

Their website wasn't user friendly which made ordering difficult. Jostens overcharged and misled me about their products, and messed up my large order. The announcements were misprinted and I had to buy key chains and other items I didn't want as items were only sold in a package. Absolutely terrible customer service even from management when I called about errors. They were rude and even hostile. I will never do business with them again. Order #W60007472 read more

It is a shame that we need to use this company for graduation. That is what happens when you MUST buy from them. This company kept the money from my deposit after PUSHING a very expensive ring on my underage daughter. When I clarified that this is bad practice and cancelled, they still kept my money from the deposit and re-charged me for the basic things that were needed for graduation. So what was the purpose of paying in advance to secure an amount and why are they allowed to do business while tricking our young kids? read more

Absolutely terrible products with non-existent customer service.

HORRIBLE!! Ordered college graduation invitations, they are printed on cheap, thin copy paper paper that is badly folded twice to form a little lopsided card. There is no way I can use these, shame on me for not reading reviews before ordering. Since Jostens apparently does not accept returns these will be going in the trash as I scamble to order from somewhere else with just 3 weeks left before my son's graduation. UGH! read more

UPDATE: after calling for NINE whole business days, I finally get an agent to send me an email, and the information on it still wasn't correct. I will not update my rating until they send me my ring or rectify having to transfer me 6 times to get one receipt after 2 weeks read more

Jostens is really expensive and you can only buy certain packages of graduation things. My mom and i only wanted cards and envelopes customized but we could only get them in a package with extra things we didnt want. We didnt realize we could go somewhere else to make invitations through my school and if we would have know we wouldnt have spent extra time figuring out how to navigate their website. And when the order arrived we didnt even get all the invitations we bought and we got the smallest package!! read more

This was the worst photo experience I've ever gone through. This was my daughter's senior pictures which should be a very memorable happy experience and this was anything but that. The staff that works for this company were extremely rude and made sure this was going to be a horrible situation. I understand that due to covid parents aren't allowed in but you dont have to have us standing in the rain. Why not have an area that is covered to allow parents to stand so they aren't standing in the rain? Why schedule a child photo shoot at 7:45 in the morning and tell us your not ready and aren't going to be ready till 8? When they were ready for the photo shoot they made my daughter change her clothes in the car. They had no where for the seniors to change their outfit and absolutely no privacy. This was terrible service and there is no way I am buying any of the pictures you try to sell to me. I want a refund off the deposit I had to put down for this appointment. This is terrible business and there's no way these pictures will come out good. No one was prepared and the rudeness of the staff was uncalled for. Extremely disgusted with this and can't believe that this happy milestone in my daughter's life will now have a crappy memory attached to it. Thanks Jolsten for ruining my daughter's senior picture experience! read more

Terrible customer service. My daughters graduation announcements were worded like invitations (date, time location) and I really didn't want to send them out and have to explain to distant relatives that no, you are not really invited, but rather I just wanted to give you all the specifics that you really don't need to know. Additionally, quality was not what I would have liked and for the price. And, according to the not very helpful (borderline rude) customer service people, they do not care if their customers are satisfied or not, absolutely NO refunds. Save your money. read more

This is the only place to get the official school graduation Announcement. They are the official supplier but Do not even offer the school colors. They ran out Supposedly. I think the school needs a new supplier. Expensive. I am glad this is my last high school graduate. read more

I walk in to get the cap and gown my daughter called and reserved and am greeted with "We have graduations. What do you need?" in a very snarky tone. If it weren't the day before graduation, I'd have told the old hag to sit and spin on the cap and gown. How disrespectful and RUDE! I will NEVER give this hole a dime of my money again. The young girl who ended ringing up my purchase because the hag had a call from Social Security and had to take it, was kind and mannerly. Hopefully the cranky old woman was arranging her retirement with Social Security because she has no place in customer service. read more

Deserves a zero. They printed the wrong time on my son's high school invitations. We were promised new correct invitations. We were also promised no later than May the 1st. It is now may the fourth. Still nothing. I called Josten's yet again to no avail and was basically told it wasn't their problem and that I would not be receiving new invitations. Simply "inserts". Honestly! Inserts! This is pathetic and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and use someone who actually cares about the quality of their products. I can only hoppe they go out of business. They are simply a fraud! read more

I ordered a Luxe college ring style. I asked for the Ruby stone. If you look online, right now at the Ruby versus the October Pink, then you see a clear difference. We all know Ruby is more like a fushia color. The ring I received is PINK. I called Jostens 3 times. Spoke to 3 different representatives. Two representatives stated that Jostens "Just" changed the Ruby stone color to pink. They said "pink." I mentioned that their website is, then misleading and false advertisement. They stated "We are working on updating it now." I have ordered 2 rings from Jostens in the past and they were wonderful. Jostens is declining in service and quality. I am unbelievably disappointed that they think Ruby is pink. read more

Ordered my son's graduation announcements. Ordered 40 only got 15. They printed the return address incorrectly. They will fix it but they won't rush the order even though it was their fault. They didn't even get his name correct. He is a Jr and they neglected to put that in. Less than three weeks till his graduation and I still haven't gotten my full order. I would highly suggest everyone to use some other source for your graduation announcements. I know that I will be letting all my friends and family know of their shoddy workmanship. read more

What a piece of crap company. My small school's yearbook committee in Tennessee has been working thier trails off trying to get a well done yearbook for us this year. They work on it day after day perfecting the smallest details, but Jostens themselves made a big mistake. So instead of working to get the yearbooks printed on time, we won't get our yearbooks until a month and a half after graduation.. half of our kids will be in other states by the time we get them. But they don't care. Why? Because we are small and unimportant.. I am recommending you go ANYWHERE else. read more

Ordered my son's Senior ring months ago and it has been paid in full, along with his announcements. The company has had no problem sending me several emails along the way, trying to get me to purchase additional items. Over a week ago I received an email that made it sound like my son would have his items last week, nothing. I called the company yesterday and a very rude girl seemingly couldn't locate his order. Then, without stating she found the order she said she would call the rep to see when it would be delivered and get back to me. I asked her why she couldn't see the order and straight up tell me when it would be delivered. She became even more snippy and said she found the order but wasn't sure when the rep was going back for the school. She called me back this morning to tell me the rep will take his rep to the school this week. After what seemed like pulling impacted teeth she said that the rings were taken to the Rings Dance, which I knew nothing about as my son did not want to attend, and the rep didn't want to leave it with the school staff for him to get when he returned to school. I asked her why, after spending hundreds of dollars I am having to chase the ring down instead of the company reaching out to me to find a way to get my son his ring. She was rude and useless. I asked about the announcements and apparently they aren't getting those to me until the middle of next month...glad this is my last child because I would totally use a different company if I had to go through it again! read more

The staff who was delivering the cap and gowns to the students were extremely rude and an older staff woman started to physically shove students to stop walking in the door although there was no one in the room and the students were trying to calmly walk in. Its unfortunate this is the only company that is pushed on high school students, terrible staff and too high of prices. read more

My daughter graduates in May, she just received her graduation package from the school. We looked through the package and her name is misspelled. Called to customer service told them the situation. The order number I gave them, that was right on the package, didn't work. They couldn't find her in the system right away, because the name didn't match up with the account. I also asked why I never received the code for the photo cards, here they had my email misspelled also. Now here we are in April, I have to wait for the items that had the misspelled name on it to be shipped. And I also will be waiting on the announcement cards. All this in just a short few weeks until graduation. I hope next year, when I have to do this with my other child, that the process is a lot smoother. read more

This review is specifically for the Jostens Online Store.. I would rate no stars if possible. This is the first time I have purchased school apparel from the Jostens Store. The item was not as described in terms of texture of fabric. The garment also does not fit, although I used the sizing chart the website offers before ordering. Customer service has refused a refund. Their best offer was half off another item. Because of course I would want to spend more money on another item that may not exist as advertised. I am truly disappointed and would have expected better customer service from an organization that I have had otherwise positive interactions with. If given a refund, I would have given this organization another chance for future purchases. Now I will go elsewhere and tell others to do the same. read more

I ordered all my senior stuff with them ( announcements, gap and gown, etc.) ordering was pretty easy, but once I started receiving my things they all came in the wrong size. My sweatshirts were large when I asked for mediums. I am 5'5 and my gown came in a 5'7-5'9 size. read more

I received my son 5th grade yearbook from East Lake Elementary in McDonough, Ga. The principal's were missed label and students were missing. Josten refuse to replace the book and the school contact attitude was even worse.
