One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. The contract required me to pay 50% of the total. No work has been done. I have called and txt just to be sent to voicemail and or have no response. I did get a response the prior week after I called back to back he answered the phone as if I was bothering him and told me it would be done the next day. That was Tuesday it's Saturday. I called and txt today just to be sent back to voicemail. From May 25, to July 28 no work has been done and no transparency or communication on this in which leads me no other reason but to consider him a scammer.
