My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. I bought my 2014 Cadillac CTS4 3.6L three years ago. I bought it at an auction through my dealer and it was still under manufacture warranty. At 35,000 miles it was pretty well worn. I have it under dealer care still at 78,000 miles. I have never had it detailed before. I have recently moved. And for most of its life with me, it was parked in an underground parking lot. I have a car wash monthly subscription. And until February of this year. The interior was regularly vacuumed. Other than that, I have never really had strong esthetic car care.
