Yup, don't buy anything "As is" from this dealership because the car will start to fall apart once…read moreyou're out the door. The first time we put gas in it, it didn't want to start. They said it was fully inspected before we took it, but that clearly is not true with these issues present. They said Bring it up there to get checked and they wouldn't cover the cost at all. As well, when we got it, it didn't have the air filter cover. The stabilizer link also broke a week in as well. If you ever decide to buy from this dealership, have another mechanic look it over first, because this shouldn't happen. We shouldn't have to get serious work done right away like this. Especially when we got the car this August 2021. And like I said, it clearly wasn't fully inspected if the gas issue was there to begin with. They never told us this before they sold the car. I think something like this should be addressed and fixed before sale on their dime. Never buying from this dealership again.

The vehicle would misfire occasionally and they hooked it up to their machine and claimed the engine was bad. They wanted to charge me well over $6,000 to replace it with a USED engine. I told them they were wrong and took it to another mechanic who replaced the ignition coil wires for a total cost of less than $300! I have had no more misfires and have been driving it for 1 year since Fox tried to charge me for a used engine to "fix" the issue. Ford makes the Aviator and their mechanics should be the "experts" at diagnosing a problem. Therefore , they are either incompetent or deliberately trying to take advantage of consumers,

They said they would go half on repairs. Come to find out that the repairs were so numerous that we refused to keep it and they couldn't resell it either and had to send it to auction. They would not give us our money back and we had to choose another truck from them. It was more expensive, and come finance time found out that they would not give us all the money back from the lemon truck because of "repairs" they had to do to it, and did not give us any deal on the new truck and sold it to us for the book value. We talked to the manager and the owner about this and they wouldn't budge. We had to take the deal to be rid of the lemon truck and public service garage too. My dad faithfully bought from them, but we don't trust them and neither should you.
