If you ever decide to buy from this dealership, have another mechanic look it over first, because this shouldn't happen. We shouldn't have to get serious work done right away like this. We are local here and we want to warn others - Don't buy anything used from them. They sold us a…read moreused truck that was pretty expensive and it broke down on us twice within the first week. They said they would go half on repairs. Come to find out that the repairs were so numerous that we refused to keep it and they couldn't resell it either and had to send it to auction. They would not give us our money back and we had to choose another truck from them. It was more expensive, and come finance time found out that they would not give us all the money back from the lemon truck because of "repairs" they had to do to it, and did not give us any deal on the new truck and sold it to us for the book value. We talked to the manager and the owner about this and they wouldn't budge. We had to take the deal to be rid of the lemon truck and public service garage too. My dad faithfully bought from them, but we don't trust them and neither should you.

The intake manifold on my car failed 2 times (technically 3 but when my car hit 98000 miles Thorobred Chevrolet in AZ stopped returning my calls, and when I would show up since my calls weren't being returned I would see my two assigned "service" providers yell out to them but yet 4 hours later each time no one showed...until I called and said my mileage was over 100k...got called back right away). Fast forward to present day. The same exact same thing is happening to my sister's car (2014 cruze). They replaced the intake manifold last week and her car kept overheating (she has pictures). She has it towed back there the day she gets it back and they say literally word for word what thorbred told me out here. Summed up: intake manifolds that fail cannot cause an engine to overheat...which is really odd because real mechanics will flat out tell that yes, they definitely can do. Sparing the actual proof for a rating review, when a car is under warranty, GM should stop trying to pass the problem back...especially when the car has less than 50k miles on it. They 100k more to go on their warranty (which is a total joke).

Our sales associate was Ryan Campbell and I will stick with him throughout the years for me and my family and our Subaru needs .The manager came and introduced himself along with the associate that assist you with learning the technology components of your car. I will admit I was at the dealership for quite a bit of time however, there were many laughs and frequent checks if I needed snacks or drinks. Quoted $300-1500(granted this was before looking at the problem so just a guess) all over town and Pepp motors was transparent and my total was $150. I drove away and something felt off.
