Extremely satisfied and high five acknowledgements to sales rep. Riley Dobson. My wife and I set up an appointment to test drive new Subaru's. We explored other dealerships as well but for our needs well settled on a new Outback. Our experience was outstanding. They took the time we needed to make our final decision. We did not feel pressured, regretful or any of the other negatives we had experienced with other dealers. Riley really knew the vehicles and but in others for added input to our question. She also provided an excellent tutorial on the vehicle before we left. I have to add that their closer (Finance Manager), Roger, was great to work with too. He was not high pressure, he was very knowledgeable, and quite pleasant through that whole part of the process. I add this point because at other dealerships his equivalents would start all bubbly with a typical swindle presentation on high priced options but then go stone cold if you didn't the take the bait. Not Roger, he was an informative gentleman to the end. We felt like we got what we wanted or needed and that was it. High five to Roger too. Thank you Fox Subaru Jim read more

Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Forrester. Everyone I met was friendly and pleasant to talk with. Bill my sales associate is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and really agreat guy. I never felt pushed into anything and he even went to the gas station to show me how to fill the tank on cars I was test driving. I drove the forrester on highway and back dirt roads and climbed Mt. Marquette. This suv handled everything well. Bill showed me things on the vehicle along the ride and I am glad he did. There are so many buttons I will need a training lesson. I even took my therapy dog on the test rides. He told me pros cons and a variety of things I didn't know about the vehicles I was looking at. Yep Bill is the man to see at Fox Subaru Marquette. I did ask a lot of questions and the only negative was I was a bit disappointed with my trade in value but after talking with the boss I came out happy. Now to plan my family trips. read more

I was replacing the blown engine in a 2001 Subaru Forrester with a 5-speed Manual transmission, with the engine from a donor car, also a 2001 Subaru Forrester, but having an automatic transmission. Researching online, the pros and cons of a successful switch, I encountered a variety of different answers, that left some doubts regarding the outcome I was looking for. When I contacted Fox Marquette, I was connected to J.J. in the Service Department. After a quick explanation about the task at hand, J.J. said that he would contact Subaru Technical Assistance and get an informed answer; he returned my call in about 15 minutes with to answer I needed to proceed with my project. That experience was incredible, in an age where we only expect people to look in books and sell us parts. I get the same high quality service when I buy parts from this dealership. John M. read more

Brought my car in for the complementary first oil change and check up. They were on time. Gave me the option to wait or not. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Big screen TV. Home made cookies, tea, coffee, cold bottled water, popcorn. Lots of magazines. Computer set up as well as Wi Fi. Smiling faces. I even go to see my salesman styling with his new doo and one of those cool colorful shirts that make him stand out as an exceptional interesting person. What a team! Fox is so lucky to have them. They are what makes this place so awesome. Love my new 2014 Subaru Outback. I work at a home care agency and most of us drive a Subaru because they provide the performance and dependability to get around in the 300 plus inches of snow we have every winter. PS. Appreciated the complimentary car wash too Maureen RN read more

Riley Dobson is the BEST salesperson in Marquette County and Fox Subaru Marquette is a phenomenal dealership! Riley is a delight to work with because she is knowledgeable, professional and has a can-do attitude! The dealership wants to sell you a car without any of the usual hassles and drama. Just before the snow fell, I bought 2 Crosstrek Wilderness from this dealership in 2 days because 1) I was impressed with the car, 2) loan rates were low and most importantly 3) Riley and the dealership made it soooo easy AND fast! I am completely sold on Subaru and this dealership! A big thank you from a first-time Subaru buyer and a person who has purchased a new car on average every 1.5 years for the last 45 years! read more

I called about car issues. They were very helpful and polite. Zac helped me right away and offered a few suggestions and as soon as I could get my car there they would help me out. After a few days of trying to find a tow truck vs jump starting my car I was able to get in. Had immediate service and even though they were very busy with a high volume of car repairs needed they took my car in and fix my issues. I will return next week for more follow up. The cost was expensive but I needed a new battery. Still highly recommend. Have been a customer for several years. Everyone always helpful. Thank you for helping me. I appreciate it. read more

Riley Dobson is an amazing person and salesperson. She goes above and beyond what's expected when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. One thing i like about Riley is she always greets everyone with a smile and is happy to see customers at fox subaru. She's not all about business she will talk about anything anytime. Riley helped me get my new crosstrex. Any time i stopped in or called or texted her she took time to give me updates and answer any questions i might have had. I hope fox keeps her around for a long time. She's a special person and i'm glad to know her through fox motors. One can't go wrong when working with Riley. read more

We recently had to purchase a new used car after being skunked by another business in Marquette. By pure coincidence I found a car at Fox Marquette Subaru and I spoke with Ryan Campbell the same day. Ryan listened to to our story, showed compassion, understanding and made it possible for us to look at the car the next day. The entire business interaction with Ryan and consequently with the other Loan and Service team members was very pleasant and without any pressure. We can highly recommend Ryan and Fox Marquette Subaru. Thank you for assisting us when our need was great. read more

Had a great experience buying a used 2016 Honda CR-V. The sales rep, Harley, was attentive and listened to our concerns. She arranged for new tires and a new battery and a thorough check of the vehicle for us. The business office was straight forward and did not try to pressure us. I was glad to have been able to locate this hard-to-find vehicle at Fox Marquette Subaru. I am sure we will enjoy our all-wheel drive in the UP winter climate thanks to Harley and the Fox folks. read more

I cannot recommend this dealership enough!! I worked with Blaine to buy my Subaru Crosstrek and he was very kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. There was none of the typical feelings you get at a dealership like the aggressive sales tactics or the feeling of being pressured. It was a very pleasant experience, very laid back and I would definitely go back again! read more

As a recent widow, I was nervous about buying my car. I hadn't financed a car by myself since my first used car almost fifty years ago. Joe Oleksy and Andrew Hatch made it so easy. I felt comfortable asking questions; they explained everything as we went thru the paperwork. I was very pleased with the whole experience. read more

Staff were very helpful and informative. Harley was fantastic, she answered every question and was very informative on the car we purchased, even after hours. The whole process was quick, walking around on a Saturday after hours to find what we liked, and drove it home the next Wednesday. read more

You will never get this level of customer satisfaction from any other dealer in the UP. Not to mention they already have the highest safety ratings, as well as most reliable brand. It's no wonder you see so many Subarus up here, I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
