I was nervous taking my 1978 truck anywhere, especially since it was running pretty bad. I had no clue what was wrong and after I ran it bone dry on gas (yes, i know) it wouldn't start. Shout out to marquette detailing as they towed it to south side's shop. I got a call the SAME DAY saying they looked at it and it just needed A LOT of tune ups. IT WAS READY LATER THAT DAY. Literally where else?!?! I know stuff like this depends on the issue, part availability etc but holy cow was I excited. I attached a picture of my invoice for anyone who is curious! The total was $656.88 Although obviously expensive and hurt my wallet, as soon as I started my truck, shifted into drive, and stepped on the gas, I knew they fixed the issues. My truck struggled going up hills (hard to drive in MQT) but now it runs SO SMOOTH. They also have an after hours pick up spot for your keys and it was very convenient, as I worked late that day. From the moment I stepped on the gas I knew they fixed it. A special thank you to Jerry Spruitenburg (service advisor) for making me feel like a valued customer and treating me so kindly, as well as the best tech around, M Codd (sorry I don't know your first name), for using your mechanical magic on my old Ford! Our sales associate was Ryan Campbell and I will stick with him throughout the years for me and my family and our Subaru needs .The manager came and introduced himself along with the associate that assist you with learning the technology components of your car. People in town told us that this was THE place to get our Subaru's oil leak looked at. We'd bought…read morethe car with already 130,000 miles on it, and already losing oil, but it was getting worse. We were a little discouraged when no one answered the phone when we called, but got smart and drove not up to the small entrance in the mini-mall off Front Street, but up behind it via Hampton and the parking lots behind the Women's Center. There we found a busy shop and staff happy to make an appointment to look at the car. We later learned that sometimes the phone does get answered, but not to worry when it does not. We made the right choice. The estimate was more than reasonable for the amount of work involved and the work was done promptly and well. No one tried to bamboozle us or mislead us into getting work that was not necessary. This isn't a fancy place, but it's an honest one, run by hard-working people who know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

Truly great service! I was nervous to have work done on my…read morecar because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars and I was worried I would be taken advantage of. However, I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. I came in for a high pitched noise some of my family members noticed while driving. They looked at the car and told me this was due to the wheel bearings on both sides of the car needing to be replaced, though it was worse on the right side. They replaced the wheel bearings on the right side first and I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back and said they had done a test drive and discovered that there was actually no need to replace the left side wheel bearings. They could've replaced both, even though one didn't end up being necessary to replace, and I wouldn't have questioned it. They did right by me by only doing what was necessary and saving me money, even if it meant they didn't earn as much from the job as first anticipated.

I have had no more misfires and have been driving it for 1 year since Fox tried to charge me for a used engine to "fix" the issue.
